Nice work. I really like your concept and that blade guide set up is awesome. I'm 2 days away from painting my newest mill project. 40 inch wide cut, 20 inch throat on a mobile 20 foot carriage. Wish I would have documented it now. Next is a resaw.
Is that an ATV winch motor you have for the lift? Are you happy with speed of travel? You've done a great job! I've got a similar build happening. How does the thickness read out work?
It's looking great, and not vibrating at all. Its satisfying to see it run for the first time. I got the same Chinese 16hp engine for mine, goes well, just hope it lasts. I put a go cart clutch on it but also had to put a manual clutch (v belt tightening wheel off a lever) because it was not gentle enough in the startup and shutdown process. I'm using exercise bike wheels (the spin cycle ones) for bandsaw wheels and they are really heavy so maybe yours doesn't need one. Mine tears itself apart without the manual clutch 🤔
This is really coming along nicely. Have you considered having any commentary during the video, even just text on the screen explaining some of your processes? Great filming either way! Thanks for sharing 👍

Hi, thank you very much. My saw has a cutting width of 25 inches and a length of 20 feet
Nice thanks for sharing

Hi. Yes it is an atv winch. The speed could be better, but I'm in no hurry :) The reader can be reset even after each operation
Sensational, I'm going to build one, it will help me a lot! Thanks.Brasil

Thanks for the comments :) It was that nice moment when it was first running. I have a plate compactor clutch in it, it works fine
Great video!

Thank you very much. I haven't even thought about the whole thing ... Maybe it would have an idea
Good work. How much does it cost
Thank you very much. The Sawmill Plant was left with a price of about € 1,500
