We build small sculptures from clay (real and polymer). I will have him watch this video for sure. Your knowledge, patience, attention to detail and methods are first class. Your resources such as equipment and materials are beyond our budget but perhaps we can raise our game in the future. You, young man, have a great life ahead of you. Congratulations! and Thankyou!

As someone who has done alot of research into paleontology in general I'm very impressed by the degree of research and anatomical accurately put into your sculpt, let alone the fact you picked on of the most interesting and bizarre dinosaurs out there. I'm also very glad you were aware of how keratin could effect the actual appearance of osteoderms etc especially on the tail. I also really really really love the colouration.
It looks like you took a picture of a real animal! I hope you do more life-size Dinosaurs in the future, because this looks amazing! I'll bet that the Creators of Prehistoric Planet will use this design for a possible Second Season.

When I first saw this video recommended to me, I read it as stegosaurus and was completely baffled. Until I realized I had misread it lmao. Great job on this, I can’t imagine how much patience and persistence this thing took to make, and it turned out great!!

Amazzzzzing! I love it so much! Lil tip - use ceran wrap over the clay when you texture the scales so it keeps it from rising up around the tool you're using, saves you heaps of time from having to smoothe out the scales after ^^
If you haven't already, @Kayakasaurus I highly recommend giving your card to educational institutions and local theatres. This is absolutely STUNNING and could easily be a museum piece. *crushes subscribe button*
As a dino enthusiast, I think this is awesome! If I may give you a suggestion for the eyes? Have a look at 'Follow-me' resin eyes. Eyes used for doll making and fursuit crafting. The eyes have a double-convex shape. You paint the eye detail on one side of the lens, starting with top most layer (the thing you want to see) just like you did on the resin eyes you made. When you then flip them around and put some eyelids on them, it looks like it's following you! Just a touch of added realism (and perhaps creepiness)

I hope more life-size sculptures will be made. I'd love to see a 1:1 scale Compsognathus, or a Velociraptor to go with the Protoceratops you made some time ago.
