    For a Grand Fondo you'd be better starting fasted providing you ate enough carbs the previous day, then start fueling after 30-60 minutes.

    This video is confusing. How much rice? How much fructose? On a per body weight basis? Do you add powdered fructose to the white rice or cook them together? Might it be hard to feel full after that?

      In a other video he stated 2 grams per kg body weight for the rice and fructose combo. And then a 2 to 1 ratio . I’m 60 kg so I need 120 grams total . Off Which 80 grams should be rice ,40 fructose. You should add the fructose after, when the rice is already on your plate. It works !
