Secret-1 Most women with endometriosis ovulate naturally. Give them good Luteal phase support let them try naturally for first six months
Secret-2 Controlled ovarian induction with IUI.
Ovulation induction with Clomiphene citrate or Gonadotrophins from D3 on words & HCG injection well timed IUI for 3-6 cycles.
Secret-3 Laparoscopy for endometriosis to diagnose the disease, see the extent and remove as much as possible. and save as much ovary as it is possible. USG/3D/MRI can only diagnose endometriosis when it is advanced. Laparoscopy remains the gold standard to diagnose & treat it. An efficient and dexterous surgeon needs to do this surgery. This can be followed by IUI.
Secret-4 IVF is proven to be effective for most women with endometriosis. It can be done with agonists or antagonist protocol in patients with ovarian reserves. The ultra long protocol can be used if the above protocols fail by giving GnRH agonists for 3-4 months by suppressing endometriotic deposits yielding better quality oocytes.
Secret-5 Do not use medicines to suppress endometriosis. Whether oral medicines or injectables, because these medicines suppress ovulation. Post laparoscopic also such medications are not required as we want these patient to conceive in the next six months post laparoscopy.
So, no medicines in the first six months of diagnosis of endometriosis and post surgery as well as we want these patients to conceive during those periods.

Mam I have endometriosis cyst in my left overy of 8 cm but don't have any symptoms...I got pregnant also but after 1.5 I have misscarrige...pls suggest me treatment I should go for surgery or medicine
