    Thanks for this. I was having real trouble figuring out the differences from the Sena website.

    is the mesh of the M1 evo compatible with the motorcycle systems? So if you ride in a group with supporting motorcycle all can communicate?

    • @senatechnologies
      @senatechnologies  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes, absolutely! In fact, here's a clip that demonstrates "motorpacing" - training method that some cyclists use with a coach who rides a motorcycle: th-cam.com/video/MCMk0G09juE/w-d-xo.html
      We also make outdoor sport headsets (like Expand Mesh) and industrial headsets (like Tuff Talk M and Cast) that people on the sidelines or in support vehicles can use to stay connected to their riders. Finally, our product called MeshPort Blue will connect to any Bluetooth headset device and allow it to join the Mesh network so you can speak with anyone

    All I’m looking for is an intercom capability for wife and I to not need to shout when we are MTB and bikepacking. What is the most basic model that will provide intercom capability. Mesh is OK.

    Do any of the models contain MIPS?

      While we don’t offer MIPS-equipped helmets at this time, we are continually evaluating new safety features and technologies. Please check our website for the latest updates and product offerings.

      Yeah, family of e-bikes… that’s a dealbreaker for now. Too bad, these look great!

      @@senatechnologiesRespectfully, how in the world could you not offer MIPS on a bike helmet? That’s a HUGE miss and immediate deal breaker.

      @@KeepNashvilleFriendly Respectfully, we appreciate your input and while MIPS design offers 10% better at handling rotational impact than the same helmet without MIPS that is indeed safer in certain settings however having constant communication with a friend while riding to provide real time feedback/warnings in urban and outdoor environments is undeniably a bigger safety feature.

    I bought an R2 Evo ( Mesh ) - The helmet is well-designed and easy to use but the sound quality from the speakers is worse than the old mono AM radio

    I never wear helmet (live in France). I would like to wear mesh or bloutousse, however... Great hats.

    If you are riding with a few riders all connected on mesh will all riders be listening to the playlist from my phone or is mesh just voice only? Maybe it's just the bluetooth helmets that would allow this? What happens if I get a phone call while we’re all listening to music from my phone, does the music pause and everyone hears my phone call? Thanks

    • @senatechnologies
      @senatechnologies  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi. Mesh Intercom on our cycling helmets is voice only and when you are the only one listening to music from your phone then your music will be paused to allow you to talk over the phone. Thanks.

    Sound quality is really poor. Music volume keeps going in and out and when connected via mesh, voice volume is so low we cannot hear each other. Really was hoping that this would work

    Czemu nie mogę połączyć kasku Ewo M1 z M1?

      @senatechnologies  7 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Hi. The M1 and the M1 EVO uses 2 different intercom communication systems which are not compatible with each other. The M1 uses Bluetooth Intercom and the M1 EVO uses Mesh Intercom. However, you can use our +Mesh adapter with the M1 to make it compatible with the M1 EVO. Thanks.
