    Ingredients:
    - 12 oz (340g) pasta of your choices
    - 2 tbsp butter
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 2 cups heavy cream
    - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - Fresh parsley for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
    3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
    4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
    5. Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
    6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
    7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
    8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
