New Subscriber here from Australia 🇦🇺 The resort was gorgeous, l love all the details and the style of incorporating traditional regional influences. The food looked great. What was the weather like, l can't tell from the fog if it was humid or cold there in the mountains. Your voice sounds like lm watching The Proper People, not sure if anyone ever told you that but l like the voice over style. Thankyou for another great video 👍

Thanks for subscribing! 🙏🏻 The weather in Sapa varies pretty wildly throughout the year. I was there in April which should be the good season (and it was, this was the only foggy time of my 10 days up there). Sapa’s elevation is around 2000m so it keeps it pretty cool. During my time the highs were generally around 22° (when it was sunny) and lows around 13°. It is quite humid but normally it’s cool enough so it’s not too uncomfortable (but I live in Saigon so perhaps I’m not the best judge 😂).

The resort itself look nice but somehow didn't meet my expectation . The room style gives a boring feeling if i have to be honest . Considering of going to Sapa or Ha Long Bay on my next trip visiting family in Vietnam . If i'll made it to Sapa i definitely go for Topas Ecologde

Sure, Topas is a very different category of hotel compared to Silk Path. Couldn’t imagine any hotel in Sapa warranting $400/night (price when I was up there last) which is why I didn’t choose it for that trip. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻

@@tfft What i love there is the unique infinitive swimming pool . Just check it out for Oct 2022 and it cost amazing decent price .

For the views the MGallery easily wins.

Thank you such a detailed description of hotels you visited. It’s very helpful. I was supposed to go last summer but covid ruined everything. So I hope I get to go next summer.

Great video! I’m searching for hotel for our upcoming visit to Sapa so have watched all of your videos! Question, would you pick this or Hotel Dela Coupole?

If they’re in the same price range, I think the deciding factor would be if you wanted to stay at a Vietnamese 5-Star or an International 5-Star- both have their own pros and cons. Based on your name I’m sure you’ve been to VN before and will understand what I mean. If not, then I’d stick with Hotel de la Couple.

Thanks for that. Yes, I’m well versed in VN 5 star vs International 5 star. Price difference is about $50 USD per night. I’m just wondering if Hotel De La Coupole is worth spending extra for?
