    Loved the video. There is not a single history book that tells about the Great Spillover - when the Eastern face was deemed safe enough for settlement (1820-1830) and the Spanish colonists spilled over from the Western face of the Sangre de Cristo mountains - where they had shared land with the Primericans (first Americans = Indians - but Indians are from India)). The Chinese had the Great Wall of China, The Romans built Hadrian's wall and the Pueblos and Spanish had the Sangre de Cristo mountains. You hiked to the top of this fortress wall!!

    I call the Spanish people of Northern New Mexico SANGRENOS because it was the waters of the Sangre de Cristo mountains that allowed them to survive when they were dropped in this place, in 1598, by Juan de Onate. I have a map of Sangreno.
