@@zenitsuthunder3946it’s probably gonna be like how the Jogo vs. Sukuna fight that just came out was. Slightly less detail than this first season but the trade-off is longer, more fluid, more expressive fights… probably.
I think it's this smooth here in this video mainly because this is a special 4k 60fps video
you just have to turn your brain off to ignore the awful writing
After rewatching this episode again recently I noticed that the second cursed spirit that showed up to attack Yuji and Megumi came out of a "portal" from the ceiling. the very same portal that Geto's cursed spirits showed up from when he summoned them in the basketball court vs Gojo and later again vs Toji. This entire event was orchestrated for Yuji to eat that finger, none of it was a coincidence. Kenjaku is probably right around the corner.

False. Dismantle is a slash, this attack doesnt look like slash at all. Both in manga and anime Sukuna just creates an explosion by using his CE.

Plus it's clearly a plot device to show off Sukuna's power and show the viewer when he tamed Mahoraga (which is a great feat on his own). Yuji really can control him, unless he's quite literally out or he under the effect of a binding vow.

Watching this again not only makes me think Sukuna was plotting on Gojo since the literal start of the series but also Sukuna realized he had to get a buff to actually beat Gojo this is most likely why he went after Ten Shadows
He wanted the Ten Shadows cuz it was an interesting technique with a lot of potential, and though he didn't realize what it was, he sensed Megumi was about to summon an incredibly powerful Shikigami (Mahoraga)
When he witnessed Mahoraga's true power in action, he realized it's the way to defeat Gojo
To be fair gojo himself admitted that even without mahagaroga of however tf you spell it sakuna would have still won the fight

Rewatching season 1 I truly, truly feel like Gege had an entirely different story in mind and then for some reason he got bored (or overwhelmed?) and didn’t want the story to get too big, so he decided to end the story as quickly as possible and came up with the story we’ve been having in the Manga for the past two years 😅. Because there have been many storylines dropped, things that evolved dramatically different than foreshadowed, the tone changed dramatically as well, etc
