Hello! My grandfather previously owned these earphones and now we're trying to learn how to operate it since my grandpa misplaced the instructions manual. And our internet is terrible and I can't play your video. Can I turn the music on remotely? How do I play the previous or the next music? How to pause it? Can I reject calls?

Both earphones have controls to the sides.
Press once on either earbud to play/pause,
press twice on either earbuds for previous/next track selection,
press three times left for volume down, three times right volume up.
Hold for 1.5 seconds for voice assistance,
and while a incoming call is being made tap once on either earbud to answer and hold for 2 seconds to reject. Hope this helps

The first thing you need to do is delete the bluetooth connection from the device which you are using.
once you unpair them.
Turn bluetooth off on the device.
Then hold both earphone buttons on the earphones when they are powered on for around 10 seconds, they should power off.
Place them back onto the charging case for 5 seconds, take them back out and follow to connection process.
Turn bluetooth on, on your device,
search and select the earphones within the connection list.
You should get a pop up confirmation to accept connection, select ok and they should be now paired back to your device.
