How to draft and Cut a SCRUB PANT OR TROUSERS.scrub suit for nurses beginner friendly(part 1)

hello guys today we will drafting and cutting a scrub pants or trousers used by medical personnel.this trousers will have side seam pockets.
the scrub pants or trousers with attached waist band which will just be folded in.a draw string will be used for the waist.
I personally added ease allowance of the 1" to my thigh measurements and 2 inches to my knee measurement.but you can go ahead and measure yourself and add ease according to preference.

What's the measurements between the HL and CL?

Since the distance from the waist to hip was 9 and from Waist to crotch was 11 then the distance between HL nd CL 11-9= 2 inches
