*Sir if ct characteristics are different then difference in current between two secondaries of two CTS will flow through the earth fault relay as *it is 20% setting is the relay operates.
*If operates what is the use of earth fault realy please reply sir.

I think that's why we use balancing resistor.....For limit spill current

For R phase to ground fault, only earth fault relay will operate, so which CB will operate? Only of R phase or any other? @ 9.00 minutes

Sir ,are positive and negative sequence current both responsible for operating of phase fault relay or only positive sequence is necessary for operation??

sir please, I didn't really get the explanation you gave for the reason why the earth fault is made to protect up to 85% of the winding...can you please explain that?

Sir but there is no much upgradation in protection na from normal differential protection ? Why that BR is introduced i didnt get properly ? Ill join your video chat session on 28-03-2021
    please explain me

Sir i didn't get how it overcome the limitation of expternal through fault against normal differtial scheme??

I have a doubt. Sir why only positive & negative sequence currents flows in line to line fault??

If phase to ground fault occurs in second phase. Then what will happened sir. Because there is no operating coil in the second phase.
