Hello everyone, thank you so much for appreciating my efforts.
Those who are asking me about other banks programs, I would like to give response for that. All the courses are same. Conditions are same everywhere. I know when you don't have any option, you tend to find these options(banking paid courses) better. But trust me, please don't pay anything for such kind of jobs.
None of the private courses are good.

This is very true...my brother joined the same course ... everything shown here is so true...he got so depressed and finally resigned...he had to receive treatment for reactive abuse...and one more thing the seniors here are abusive and even if something goes wrong they extort money from their employees...
Bhai 1 bat batao agar job ke bad hum job resegin kare to loan wala paisa pay karna parega ya bina pay kiye resign kar sakte hai.

1.Leaves not allowed to take, 2.working hours 9am to 9-10pm
3.they use abusive language
4.Morning huddle meetings should be 15 minutes but if you combine morning and evening huddle meetings it will cross 3 hours.those 3 hours they will scold the full team for searching a reason may be Life insurance, general insurance, Mutual fund,fd,rd,apy,demat account,.... etc .
HR knows all the things they don't have any power in this bank they are data entry operators only they type transfer letter, joining letter, releiving letter etc as per the advixe of the Branch higer authorities. No seniors care about HR policy they know HR can't make any harm to them if they do sale then they are safe.
Great initiative bro, Go ahead we are with u... I also stuck in this fraud case in 2018 as I didnot know reality about this fake program.. Continue your efforts,we will do our best to spread awareness about this program so that noone will stuck in future.

jo bank ka recruitment process hi fraud h aapne hi employees ko dhoka deta h, Customer service Operations ki post me hire kiya mujhe aur pure sales kam karwaya wo bhi branch head kutte k jese behave karte the daily.
I quit.. such a big scam.
this process to earn money ,mainly to do their target of educational loan,demat account and health insurance from employees money.

Very very bad management.if a single employee is in adverse situation ,this is counted as administrative /management failure,but here is a mass case.There are several examples of failed institutions due to such type of management.But what to do? Only RBI , other regulatory authority can learn lesson to such type of conspirators.,we have example of SAHARA -SEBI case and Our Honorable Supreme court judgement.The case was different but I mean to say Our country is a democratic country and no one is big, justice is there.This inhumane and cheating should be brought to the notice of competent authority.all the amount paid should be refunded with penalty interest.If some one's father,relative is lawyer in Supreme court may proceed for innocent mass justice. Great and very kind lawyer Harish Salve may be requested for justice. God is great ......
correction here it requires 5 years to clear the loan with 9k per month EMI.
and truth is it's a trap if you joined once you have to repay full loan and for this you cannot resign from bank.The bank taking advantage of it and implementing very very huge increasing in sales targets.
Ye to 5.4 lakh ho jaata h itna jyada interest rate
Agar target achieve na kar paayein to kya bank job se nikal degi, aur baaki ka Ghar se pay karna padega
I think Kapil sir's banking course is far better than this 4 lakh wala course . I applied for it but after watching this I will not join this program thanks brother for making me aware of this scam. Ab to govt bank me job leke rahunga

Very true story.. having experience in the banking industry..don't opt for this course with your hard earned money..they will trap you..it's a fully sales profile job..you have to perform atleast for 2 to 3 years to switch in some other profile.
If you want to work in private bank then just go through walk in interview..👍🙏

Forcing staff to sell insurance is not just a problem for staff, but for cutomers too. Many customers of private sector banks are complaining about poor service they have experienced on social media platforms. However these customers have not identified the cause of the problem. Poor customer service is only the symptom, the cause of this is because management are forcing all staff to do sales, and in particular life insurance. Only if sale of insurance is banned from banks, then services will improve, till then customers will keep suffering.

Thank you for guidance sir.i was just going to enroll in this course but you video became an eye opener for me.hope this will be heplful for other youngsters who are in a search for job.dont get so helpless that you get stuck in such kind of jobs.not all that glitters is gold.
CTC is shown as 4.48LPA which amounts 37.3K per month but surprisingly u will get 14-16k+ very less amont of bonus ( at year end) after deduction of 9K EMI from your salary.
If you want to do sells join in insurance company otherwise join as a sales officer in any bank, why to invest 1 year and 4 lakh for this much salary.
It is very very very easy to get the job and highly difficult to sustain.
atleast managers should learn how to treat juniors if not as an employee atleast as a human.they should not scold to family members of employees.
65k loan benefit shown in ctc which is wrong you cannot take it's advantage and you can't encash it.

bro thank you vary much , i was about to join this programmme even paid 2500 for seat booking at NIIT university after selection in exam and interview, but luckely i started to research about this programme on you tube and i finally find so many real viedos of those who had joined this programme earlier, their real feedback or ground reality we can say, finally i reach at the conclusion that i would never ever take this programme or suggest any one else. brother thank you vary much for this viedo.

See If u want just a job then grab it. If u want to get a job and learn in banking go for icici l. And if u got selected in hrfc u will definitely get selected in ICICI. U will see the difference once u will reach the Bangalore campus.

Rbi will not do anything. During covid lockdown, when government kept banks open as 'essential service' , private banks used it as a time to call customers and ask for health insurance business, and after every day each staff would have to send a report for how much insurance and other banking products business they had logged in, which would be reported to the head office. If rbi does anything they will privatise the psu banks also, and all banks will become like this.

Sir 9k agar per month emi ka hoga toh 3 saal mein toh sirf 3 lakh ke lagvag hi hoga aur course fees 3.5 lakh hai with 13% interest rate.

this is a good video. but this is not just axis bank. even government banks are pathetic. i despite being 10 years into banking have kicked this job and making a fresh start of my dreams. all the things said by the above person is true, but it is largely because Indians apply for jobs without thinking or doing research. Mostly anything will do for them. And as soon as job starts when the reality gets clear they get disappointed and start spreading negative feedback.

Raj sales is there in govt banks also.Their are different types of pressure in different corporates.Sbi has kra given to staff i.e casa , ipg,OCS.
But I don't think it will not be having that much pressure as compared to New gen private banks
I guess u are mistaken my father work in sbi and there is no such pressure of sales... There promotion depend upon the dept exam.... And knowledge.... Nd this bank only need sales.... So dont compare this shit ( Axis) to the legend (sbi)
