Jack Tocco’s brother, who was married to Joe Profaci’s daughter. The FBI believes he was home when they got Hoffa over there and he did in fact witness the killing and provided the location. For doing that, he thought he should be compensated. Unfortunately for him Tony And Vito Giacolone didn’t agree… Then when he couldn’t get anywhere with them he brought Jack and Tony Tocco into his complaints and shake down scheme. He obviously wasn’t too smart being that he found himself dead same date 6yrs later.
