Hey! Great questions and it’s really different depending on the person but what truly helped me was doing it very slowly at first and really getting used to change. Dont let one mistake turn into a whole downfall. Keep on track no matter what! I used an app to track my calories and protein intake, a scale to weigh my food so I knew what I was taking in. Weight training helps so so much! Look up the push, pull, legs split 🥳😄 hope that helps.
