Raju is a crank and only cranks follow other cranks. He mixes his delusions with some truths and half truths.
Mathematics did come from the West. If the Indians knew anything about mathematics, they learned it after they were conquered by Alexander the Great.
Science came from the West also. If it came from India, then why isn't India leading the world? Obviously it didn't originate in India.
In any case, it does not matter who first realised mathematics and science. Facts tell us it was the Ancient Greeks. Nothing to discuss here.
Raju is a nationalist biggot. He sounds like a typical Trump supporter here in the USA. They believe in anything Trump tells them.
I couldn't watch the whole video but I picked up on some points along the way:
1. A point is very well defined as the concept of location. In its most primitive form, the Greeks defined is as having no part. If a point had size, there would be many issues with mathematics.
2. Calculus can be done without limits. My New Calculus is the first rigorous formulation of calculus in human history and I can assure you I have never been to India! Chuckle.

3. Raju is correct that there is no such thing as a real number, but not for the delusional reasons he thinks. In order to understand the meaning of the number concept, one must first understand Euclid because everything Euclid does in the Elements leads up to the derivation of number.
Be very careful! When you reject truth, you regress further into darkness and it becomes impossible to acquire new sound knowledge.
