I shaved my hair off in 2020. I did steps similar to this and now my hair is down to the middle of my back. I'm black btw and you sound mad ignorant these steps will work on any hair texture🙄
I can promise you ethnicity isn’t the make it or break it factor for growing hair. Everyone can grow their hair out, some easier than others, but general genetics can impact stuff like texture/thickness
