DC's hell is something I've struggled to really understand immensely and i eventually just gave up. But this gives me a basic foundation of understanding of Hell, something to build onto. So thank you. Also, if you made a series surrounding Hell's history and such than I'd love you forever. (That's assuming you haven't already done more on Hell than this video. I'm discovering new videos from you all the time. Thanks for so much content.)
As far as I'm aware Duma and Remiel were not known as Devil during their rulership of Hell, most likely because they were non fallen angels sent by The Presence to rule over Hell after Lucifer left it in Season of Mists. (Sorry if that's a spoiler for some, but it's from a 90s comic, so I'd say enough time has passed)

Etrigan doesn't live in hell. His father Belial does. But that doesn't matter. He never said he'd name all the demons in Hell. There are dozens of others, like Asmodel, Beelzebub, Azazel, Abnegazar, Ghat, Rath etc.
