Alfred Hopton yeah. It came out about the time I graduated from college, started a career, got married and bought a house. Can't think of a more important musical artist in my life. Been a fun ride.
So glad I got to see them at the Cajun House in Scottsdale! We would drive to San Diego every summer from PHX and this cd would play in its entirety. This band is the epitome of desert life and good vibes.
@@lawrencemendez143 you get it. That was a 3 hour set of deep cuts and they ended the night on the epic classic closer and Roger pushed so hard on those last notes. I love the slight imperfections. Also, audio from this show was made available for purchase on USB after the show from PH personally. Very cool to have it, but even better to sync to your video.
We were standing right behind you at this show! This was a really good venue. Would love it if they would go back there! About 10 minutes later I broke up a fight.
ed buyarski please treat yourself to a road trip in the future. I'm not a rich person, but two trips to Mexico, one to Vegas, one to Chicago from Maryland has proven to be money well spent. We spend so much time and money acquiring things that we simply throw away in 18 months. Road trips stick to your ribs. I hope to see you at a show far from home in the coming years!
Yup...soundboard recording from the band. I shot these Vegas clips with a Sony NEX-5n....then used Avid Media Composer to put the finishing touches on it with a little color grading mainly because it was so dark. I might have used a touch of camera mic...can't remember.
Love every version of this song they have ever done - but my Favorite is the acoustic set with Josh Kennedy from The Black Moods - another awesome band from this scene. So cool like The Moods:th-cam.com/video/mqF2_NVqgiQ/w-d-xo.html Thank you Roger and also Robin Wilson from The Gin Blossoms for nurturing yet another awesome band from that scene. I wonder who The Moods will inspire and we'll have awesome music from someone else 10 years from now?
My favorite from Fizzy Fuzzy Big & Buzzy, an album full of great songs! So underrated.
One of the best front to back albums ever
All of this is underrated ... Such talent ... So moving ... I love Roger
2022 still sound great, thanks, I saw them live so long ago, great show,
Time for another show Robert. They are playing Mexico MLK weekend and 2022 has a lot of shows planned. Hope to see you on the road at a show....
So awesome. This whole album is stitched upon my soul.

Yes.
Alfred Hopton this comment is the best thing I’ve read! I feel ya, all the way from Australia!
Then you must have an amazing soul.
Same. Was 8th grade for me
I have seen this band probably 25 times now... I feel this song in my soul. Viscerally, completely. Thank you fellas.
I tip the bottle and bite the lime... Here's to life.
This band has made so many things in my life worthwhile. They get it
So glad I got to see them at the Cajun House in Scottsdale!

Love the peace
Probably the greatest rendition of this song ever recorded

My dude...fantastic camera work!!
Preach
damn. Amazing video! I wish we could go back.
Nada is always epic. Like the new way they ease into the tune. By the last chorus it's rockin.
❤ Roger & Letto!
And Aphrodite and kids
❤
Oh how I miss that voice.
Why they aren't the biggest band in the USA, I'll never understand.

"Circus" in RP next weekend....
John Hutchins I’ll be there.
What setup are you using? And is this matched up with the soundboard recording they sell or from your own recording device?
