I have the Moon in the 6th house in pisces, I have not been subjected to any violence by my mother, she tries to protect me, but her love sometimes suffocates me, it seems to me she is gentle with me, even when I don't deserve it.
I have this. I constantly have to consider if I’m being too generous or too strict or even cruel
Way back to when I was a kid I noticed I never reap the rewards for my efforts. I would think to myself, "But I tried so hard!" Sometimes I'd laugh about it, thinking it was just part of being me. But with friends, and boyfriends as well as work, I'd feel more than a little miffed. Spent a good part of my life learning the hard way, not to be overly generous. And yes. I once suffered from a debilitating auto immune disorder. Moon in Capricorn. I can think of so many examples throughout my life of what is being described here. And I did notice that it seems to be a theme. I'm always going to be that person who takes no short cuts, trying my very best, doing extra - not cause I think I'll get rewarded but I just wouldn't respect myself if I didn't. I guess that's the reward. Self respect. That and the fact that people trust in my opinion and help, trust being an honour, which is partly why I try so hard. Sigh... Leave it to astrology to remind us of ourselves!
I have moon and ketu in the sixth house in virgo... I can be argumentative only when people ask for my opinion on some matter. Otherwise I would prefer to stay quiet. I´m good with manual artistic work.
I have moon in 6th house in Virgo. My mother passed away when I was a child and have dealt with chronic health issues most of my life. Theme is disappearance and mother is very literal for me! I have 6th moon in Capricorn. The blessing is instead of suffering sickness myself I am a registered nurse looking after old people with chronic and acute illnesses and I have 4 cats. Give health care services and adopt pets are great way to express this moon for better.
I have full moon in Taurus at sixth, conjunct Mars, and they're in a trine with Venus. I've only related to argumentative, I'll was always the black and bold sheep, and yes I can be kinda arrogant sometimes but people ask for it. I get the sense that my sixth house is my "daily glow", it's like everyday is a battle and I'm winning most of the time, people tend to see me as a confident warrior, so maybe that's why!

Brilliant and timely explanation. This video helped me to retrospectively understand all my bio and also something very illustrative of natal moon in the 6th house that happened today in the morning at my workplace. Moon in Aries was transiting my natal 12th house, separating from an opposition with my natal moon in Libra and square my exalted natal Mars in Capri when we had a crucial meeting with our boss to expose some toxic and unfair behaviors that are “perpetrated” by two coworkers (inimical to all the members of the team but supported by our boss because he is their friend). Needless to say that these two egocentric individuals felt exposed by the convincing arguments given by my moon in the 6th house + Mars in capri 🤣
Overly generous, yes. My son's moon in 6th house in loving Pisces. He's generous to a fault. He's never experienced any violence from me. Ive been way too over protective to his detriment. Virgo moon mom.

I have my moon in the sixth at 10 degrees, mercury at 2 degrees, Venus at 20 degrees, and uranus at 27 degrees all in the 6th. Issues with mother is spot on. She was wildly absent from my life and I lived with her growing up. We don't talk now (I'm 42). I struggle with generosity to the wrong people and can be critical but also compassionate towards the underdog.

I have the moon in scorpio in the 6th house wester astrology whole sign. My mother is a covert narcissist, and I feel she was jealous of me. I went no contact with her because of her chronic devaluation. She was verbally abusive and neglectful growing up. I also have my mercury, Venus and uranus conjunct in the 6th.
I have also moon in 6 and my mother is a covert narcissist devaluating and psychically manipulating my whole upbringing... My moon exact square my Venus in 8 house.
Oh look at that! Libra moon Taurus ascendant and it resonates (also venus looking at moon from aries and jupiter aspecting it from gemini)
Personally I experience it in a more positive way tho sometimes I still like to be more chill and relaxed than I already am

I have moon conjunct Saturn conjunct Ketu all the in the 6th, it's a hell of a ride to say the least hahahaha.
The health on a physical level is more a artificially engineered thing from the mother. For instance I was fed antibiotics my whole childhood because my mom thought I was constantly sick, and that was before the world realised antibiotics hurt your immune system. The poor digestion is 100% true to this day, but also artificially engineered from poor habits set up by the mother, in part because she's being disruptive to the child, and in part because of lack of good habits she's not helping form. I was told however that with Ketu this is primarily mental, so, yeah, I agree lol.
Enmity with the mother is about the mother thinking that you are her enemy, and as such treating you this way. The mother thinks you're thwarting her and her plans, and she treats you as such, and so you give back. Certainly explains a lot of things.
The problem solving is actually the easiest part. You find peace in problem solving, you find peace with productive conflicts that lead to a positive outcome where the problem is resolved, in fact it's the only reason why you can get into arguments, to solve problems. That's some intense debates producing habits there.
There is certainly a lot of unease, which I consider normal myself at this point and barley question anymore. It's always been there.

Missing the solution part for it, it sounds like no chance with this placement… belittling others and being harsh is hardly a solution. I guess we have to look at the whole chart to see that.
My moon is in 6th in Uttarashada, Cancer Rising. Issues with mother my whole life until I started doing Chandra sadhana a few years back.

My mother always took side of my enemies or they got manipulated by them. Otherwise , she loved me but somehow it wasn't fruitful

I have moon conjunct ketu in the 6th house, in Scorpio. Moon in anuradha nakshatra. Distance with mother. Belittling pleople, probably, I have sun in the 10th house. Generous, yes. Disagreeable, not comfortable being in groups of people.

Some disharmony with mother ( but also have heavies in 4th ( saturn ) and 2nd ( ketu ).
Jobs in housekeeping and in hospitals.
Kind of a hard ass but i suppose it's due to high expectations,as i give my all. Puts me in a funk tho so its not healthy to think one has the same work ethics or morals as myself...

What is the general interpretation when sixth lord Jupiter is in the sixth house? Especially with Rahu and Moon.
What can we expect between mother /home and individual with Moon in the sixth ?
I have heard this placement tends to make female enemies because the moon represents the mature feminine figure, so namely it includes one's own Mother being inimical to the native. However, I do not understand why the females would become enemies? Is it because the native is antagonistic with them and this happens as a result or is it just an automatic karmic situation where the native is not in control of? And what are the remedies for this native? And what if the Moon is the lord of the ascendant in the 6th house in Sagittarius?
Yes my mother was horrible. Moon is the older women, Venus be the women around the same age as yourself, Mercury can be the younger one.
My mother is a huge pain in the ass. I love her but have so many issues at the same time too lol. I don’t mind women I went to an all girls school I do find women to be emotion driven, whereas my mind is very logical / practical. So while I don’t think of women as enemies I do roll my eyes and sigh a lot. Just weigh the pros and cons and make a decision! Haha I’m getting better as I get older
Well thank god my Sun in the 8th house lightens this effect bc I’ve been healthy my whole life and rarely get sick
Mine Sun is in the 8H too! I’m pretty healthy (so far) but my brain doesn’t shut off it’s a constant battle for the thoughts to shut off. I’m always digging for more information it’s normal for me but to some it may appear as not healthy lol

Sharing my experience:
My health, mental and physical, was something I improved over time and get to enjoy now that I understand nutrition and am refining my spiritual journey. Very difficult mother relationship/ personality, there are limits to how I can help/engage and have made peace with that and felt nourishment from grandma and not her (thank God for grandma). Nonetheless, financial blessings come from her side. I am using what I learned to help others on a spiritual and nutritional level and am going into medical field work.

Well Prabhpada was not exactly healthy , he already had 2 heart attacks just coming to America, he did not feel well alot of times, though he was driven but got very little sleep . He also had diabetes (loved sweets).
Hello! Thanks for the analysis. Very insightful. I have a query. You associate the moon in 6th house and rightfully. I would think that “udar-rog” or उदर रोग has to do with stomach ailments instead of extremes in compassion. As someone with the same position, I sense a direct correlation between my hormones or bodily fluids that moon represents with a weak metabolism. What do you think?
