She's not sitting up there thinking they get what they get they did this to themselves. She has compassion for them and understands majority of people facing legal troubles like these didn't just wake up and decide to be a criminal they're not bad people... They just had bad life circumstances and made some minor bad choices because of that that spiraled into more and more.

The judge remembered this man from the cruise, the video goes on to mention remembering a man from middle school in court as well, recognizing him when he came in. Between recognizing him from middle school and some random guy from the cruise, that's why they said the judge has good memory.

Wow, does she ever bring humanity back to the court room. I watched the first video a while ago, and instead of acting smug or lording over their difference, I remember thinking how compassionate she was when she reminded him they knew each other. In this one, it looks like she actually removes his entire bail. She treats defendants like people, not numbers. Awesome.

+Ezzie E. She is very fair from what we see of her. I mean she had a point in this case here that was undeniable, if the dude wanted to flee he couldve done it 800 times in the cruize and he dindt, he came back, so its very unlikely that hell try to flee.
