Made a build like this, but it utilizes ng+ enchantments for even more damage, and the spiritual waist and arms for the cooldown. I was able to do the spears runic attack back to back to back with this build, and I actually think it’s the strongest build in the game. It melts bosses, gives you damage increases the equivalent of having the Zeus chest equipped, and gives you insane damage reduction while in your runic attacks. I can further explain the build and the exact enchantments if anyone would like to know.

Runic Hailstone knob can be obtained from Wishing well, like collect crystalline shards and throw them in the well in vanaheim, and for luminous recovery handles for blades, you can get it in nidavellar region legendary chest (th-cam.com/video/rz6TynpZcAg/w-d-xo.html )

That's the build I used and then Surtr for high damaging bosses. The ice storm is badass.
