I was 18 years old before I learned that all my classmates hadn't eaten an artichoke! Ramacca and Cerda both hosts an artichoke fest. We'll be at both next April.

They look good, but a bit overstuffed. My grandmother would use way less breadcrumbs and it was just enough in each leaf to allow the flavor of the artichoke leaves to come through.

Sounds great ! sometimes we put a bit less breadcrumbs for that exact reason!

We love stuffed artichokes! Our stuffing includes finely chopped celery and onion. We also use fresh garlic. We roast them in the over for15 minutes at 425 degrees, then add white wine to the roasting pan, cover and turn the temp down to 325 for 45 minutes.

My mom also used to chop up the hearts, then tender parts, and make a sauté. She forgot the recipe. Used to always cook the stems in an older pan...my mouth is watering.. I'm making this recipe. Thanks for this recipe.

Hi, guys another great episode. I love this recipe. I have never had fresh artichokes stuffed in this way, only the ones already prepared in oil that I buy in a jar which are delicious 😋 I guess you just can't beat buying them fresh from the market. I'm looking forward to your Christmas videos that time of year again. How the year has flown by. Thank you for sharing . Have a great day
