They are using most likely TFL or GATEKEEP Mods for the Uniforms and Vests. Can't tell with the weapons but FLB has some good weapon mods. You can find them by googling them; they're on google drives. It blows my mind that a game from 2013 still has players that act like no one else can have the mods they use.
