I woke up from a terrible, horribly violent nightmare, something I don't usually have, and I was so rattled, I thought "I wonder what new meditation they've released?". I opened it up to find this perfectly timed gem. Thank you so much. It helped reset my body, mind, and day.
This is actually insane. While sitting in silence in my room focusing on listening to this, right after I was done, I started just magically realizing all the changes that I needed to make in my life. It was kind of like having an epiphany or a revelation of some sort. This really just reminds me how important meditation really is. It feels as if the mind was expanding along with your lungs.
With so many stresses in life, it can be easy to be overwhelmed. These meditation videos have been a pillar to protecting my mental health. I'm prayin' for all of us to maintain our sanity 🙏🏽😊

I cant thank you enough for all the great clips you already made. This is the latest I added to my growing list and I can say, with all my heart, thank you! I learned, way to early, that I have to fight for myself, and that, thankfully, includes now the ability to look for things that can help me. And your guided meditations are a something I keep returning too and, so far, they always helped me to fight through those dark times. Somehow, I manage to always stumble over exactly the one I need at that moment. And rest assured, I also seek help like therapy, it is just, so often I am disappointed or get the feedback that I just not fit in the system. So it is always good to have something I can fall back to. I wish I could express better how much your work means to me, but I hope you understand what I try to express. Thanks! ❤🌈
I absolutely love this meditation. I transcended to another place within myself. I saw and felt a beautiful black jaguar sitting at my side. It was a beautiful experience! Thank you 🙏

as soon as she said i am the observer and the caretaker of my human animal, i got visions of an injured bison and i was taking care of it. i knew i was the bison and the caretaker myself. after the bison’s basic needs were met, the vision sped up. i took care of it through all the seasons and finally the bison was running around in the fields. while observing this, it felt as if it was showing me something more. after the meditation i looked up what the spiritual meaning of the bison is and it said the bison symbolises abundance, freedom and strength. as someone who feels powerless and lost due to years of trauma, your meditations help me feel more closer and connected to myself. i wouldn’t be able to understand certain things without these meditations. thank you.
Thank U N I Verse ❤ . I always start these wonderful moments feeling like ten minutes isn't enough. Once I get into the moment, I begin to feel eternal and timeless. Often, I feel like I've been gone for half an hour at maybe the 5 minute mark. Thank you so much for your help 🙏.
This was perfect for me today, so much happening & feeling overwhelmed & not enough in certain areas. When observing myself I was an angry tiger, that calmed with my gentle love and saying I am safe all is well I am safe to be me. Meditation came from Buddhism. Buddha meditated a lot of times during his life and after enlightenment. Namaste is a word associated with Hinduism, not Buddhism. I understand the correlation but please don’t mix up the two religions. Yes, Hinduism also has meditations but Buddhism is mainly focussed on it since a very old age.
