Let this be known: I understand there isn't the cave music of a pirates life for me was not in the audio files because I simply couldn't find just the music without background noises. This is not every single audio file, and this is *ONLY* from 1967 until 2006, I made an editing error with the image showing that it looks like it was 2006 and beyond, yet its from 1967 - 2006 only. Not every file is not included, and If you complain about it then please find else where to watch. Thank you. - Twistin
First, thank you for this video. Nice to hear the audio more clearly. And second, is there a possibility to upload a video with the audio from Ian McShane's Blackbeard? Specifically in the ending before exiting ride out? Sorry if this was asked before. Keep up the good work!
Hey, any chance you ever found the original link to the files. I’d love to have it this year for Halloween. Thanks again for all the amazing content and work you do!
The original drive folder was deleted, however I managed to archive the original files and reupload them. Here you go! :) drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rHrIk_QlbJu65oMZs5VN6ZtrmjETI_Hq?usp=sharing
Thank you so much for giving me the folder of the files. I noticed the newer stuff from 2006 weren’t included that you can hear in this video. Any chance you can send me that one too, like the stuff that has Davy Jones’s voice and other added dialogue.
@@definingdisneySorry, I meant the part of your video around 1:10:00 to the end 1:11:55. There is a Jack Sparrow recording of him in the treasure room and than the exit dialogue of Davy Jones.
Thanks for this! Awesome source material! I am still on the hunt for an isolated recording of the Disneyland parrot at the end of the ride, on top of the shovel handle. I'm convinced I'm going to have to make a special trip down to Anaheim with a directional microphone to collect it myself. You haven't come across that by any chance have you?
@@Griimzs Wow, that's pretty cool! Now I'll have to try and guess who your great-grandfather might've been. :) If you have access to those files, and are willing to share, I would very much like to get in contact with you outside of TH-cam. I still have not been able to locate a source file for the parrot.
@hawksfan3 That makes sense. I'm not sure if you share my opinion, but the attraction was much more immersive when it had no movie references tied to it. This isn't a criticism of the film franchise, but the attraction just lost a lot of its magic when you see film characters and countless pieces of dialogue mentioning "Jack Sparrow" every chance they get.
@@SirBuzz I wish Disney had either kept the original captain pirate's facial skin and created a custom display, auctioned it off, or added him to their archives.
I actually lost the link to the google drive where the files were being held in, I think the google drive was disabled; or im just being blind and not looking in the proper area for it. I will link it if i do find it.

I sadly do not have much stuff from the 06' version. This is all just the original 67' version.

I have some audios
My Great grandpa was one of the main engineers and for some reason they gave him audios because he lived the rides so much

It's unfortunate that they replaced the Pirate Captain who was seen in the first scene.
It seems like most fans of the attraction agree that the original captain should be brought back.

why is it only in my left ear?
?
I suspect the audio is mono, not stereo. I'll have to download the files and have a look.
edit: Yep, they're mono, so single channel.
@john_t_england That makes sense, but in the case of the first "Yo Ho" we get a mono and stereo mix. I wonder why.
