- In this mechabellum gameplay video we are using the new Sandworm unit. The first game is a 1on1 game and the second game is a 2on2 game.

I also played a FFA game with the worms in the new FFA map. Would you like to see it or no? I dont particularly enjoy the FFA and have no clue what's going on there so I'm skeptical if its good content :D But in the game you would at least see how good the underground maintenance worm is in the ffa mode

I like FFA. Even if it's just you sayin' Holy Moly and looking at explosions, I'd happily watch it.
I thought the worms were going to be too oppresive I think they will snowball if left unchecked but dont seem to crazy
I don't know why but it's so relaxing listening to a fin speaking english. It's so calm and chill ( i am norwegian) i watched a streamer play this got frustrated over how they play ( i havent played) found you instantly and slapped that sub button. Keep up the good work. I am about to buy this game my self but i am a fps player primarily so don't know if this will fit me ( i play civ 6 and a little HoI4)
thanks for the kind words! It's nothing like those games but if you like strategy games that are really hard to master then you are in the right place! It takes a little bit to learn how all the units interact with each other and what the technologies do. Once you learn that's when you get into the phase where you can learn by playing. And what I also don't like: they use the same tech symbols which we know, but for different functionality. That's confusing and bad. Hope they change them before release.
It's probably just a beta server thing. Surely they will change for example the sandstorm icon
The shape of the worm itself already covers so much of the field and other units. And then sand everywhere in the air. Impossible to see which unit is doing what.
Do the small worms/larvas also give 400 damage to the losing player at the end??
Yea, you have no idea what is going on anymore... The problem is also the movement. All the other units have a projectile or limited movement, so its very clear what unit is doing what. But the moment that worm attacks, it becomes a big wriggly wormmess (when have have more then 1). And then add sandstorm and maybe deg beam = ... just do not bother as you get zero tactical feedback.

Lost like 1 out of my latest 15-20 games. And it's the one where I committed to Marksmen.
They never delivered... Not saying they are bad, at all, but as you mentioned, one wrong move and they are doomed.
At 28:20 what did you mean when you said "you'll block the overlord" when you unlocked the unit?

What do you think of the strategy of mass produced overlords for cheaper photon coating and wasp swarming?
sometimes good with multiple boats and jump drive. Good if you just want to photon. Good sometimes on round 2 with aerial/giant spec. Usually never good to build many of them
@@SurreyEZ Sorry for second reply but spawned units don't accumulate experience right? Does that experience go to the unit that spawned them?
@@TrueSTARbornFall the spawned units gain experience for themselves but its just useless experience since the unit doesnt exist next round
why did Surrey never build anti-air in the 2v2 game?
Because he was over focused on the worms (a bit like a kid with a new toy). Ironically, the worms have anti-air capability.
How come your health is so high?
