I have a similar story of leaving primary teaching, and I can honestly say the weight that lifted and life since then has been amazing, so enjoy this new season! Lovely to hear of your challenges. It seems more positive says challenges instead of goals. I'm also aiming to read the whole bible this year as I have gaps too! 😊
That’s so good to hear. I feel a huge weight lifted and it also doesn’t feel real yet. I can’t believe this is my new life! Saying challenges definitely takes the pressure off for me and makes it more fun 😊
Would love to see your video on leaving teaching. I've been a primary teacher for 10 years and also had a mental breakdown in October and almost got signed off. Hanging on by a thread. Thankfully I'm job sharing but it's still so hard. Looking at other options!

Also, been struggling with mental health and gain so much weight. Since last year been discussing with hubby to leaving teaching. However, it didnt work out .

It’s hard to leave because it’s consistent and safe. I hope your husband can find a way out. There’s a facebook group called ‘Life after teaching - exit the classroom and thrive’ that provides lots of good information about careers outside of teaching x

I also want my content to be more around homemaking, maybe some homeschooling but I like to keep that private so not sure. I think for homeschooling I’m going to share how I plan things, my set up and that kind of thing rather than film us while we’re doing it (I might so that once or twice). Ooh I’m glad I’ve helped with the penny savings challenge. I thought it was a nice easy one to do x
