Nice work!! I'm always stunned by the number of "internet fitness experts" that love to chime in and critique everyone. There must be tons of powerlifting/strongman/bodybuilding world champions watching YT out there. Keep goin', brother!😎👍
My bench was 90kg for a while but I still don’t know how took a 2 weeks break and suddenly could bench 100kg at ease… Rest plays a big part too, all the best!
I used to bench heels down before but I can't get enough leg drive that way. Depends on the technique, goal and the federation you are competing in. My federation allows heels up and I prefer to bench that way.
@@Pibodabo Nice. I am all for it, whatever works for you. I know some guys will put a step below the bench so they can get their foot flat. I have the opposite problem, I am tall and my legs are too long for comp benches so to plant my heel I have to point my toes out. For me from the heels I get the best drive and stability.
Awesome job king! Just realized that from this angle, you look a lot like Robert Downey Jr., hahah. I don't know if anyone has ever told you this, maybe it's just an angle.
Nice lift! You are in a minority of guys who can rep 100kg. I find that wrist wraps help mentally with heavier benches, but atm I'm training without to see how far I can get.
Depends on bodyweight and whether I have slept good or not. When I am heavier I can get 5-6 reps though I am not really built to bench having crazy long arms.
Nope. I don't focus on hypertrophy that much, more like training the movements mainly but I do more declines than I do inclines. It's best to have stronger triceps first which will protect the pecs and shoulders and they will also grow over time.
I know. I have never had any major injuries whatsoever. When I bench heavy it's usually all triceps until fatigue kicks in on the last reps. Also having strong rotator cuff muscles does help with staying injury free.
What's wrong with the bum and why without the wraps? I already did it without them at my last meet cause I forgot to wrap and was already called out to the platform lol
you fought for that shit good shit bro solid reps clean controlled. awesome
Good work! I hope one day i will also be able to bench 100kg
Good stuff man! Just started being able to hit 225x2, can’t wait to be like you
Just hit my new pr today, time to look at youtube!: *sees guy rep out my max*
Incredible!
Strong lockout man!
I do 12 reps at 100 kgs. Good man.
Excellent 👍👍👍
Welcome to the 225 club bro🎉🎉
I've been welcomed long before this lol
Good form
Not the best of forms as elbows tend to flare out but I am not really built to bench so I'll take it.

NIce! I just did a personal record of 9x 100kg yesterday and it made me so happy.
That's awesome. I have long way to go till I there lol
@@Pibodabonot as long as you think
Nice work 👏
That's my Dream Weight lol.. Currently at 90kg Bench Press... Trying to reach 100kg ASAP
Just don't rush it too fast and you will get it. Putting on some bodyweight can be your biggest help when it comes to the bench press.

@@addda1899 it's called bad programming :D
How many months did it took for u to reach 100 kilos bench press ???
It took me a year and a half of serious training but if I had to start all over again I could do it in a few months now.
More of a power lifting style than traditional bench press but not bad
You should tuck your elbows to ur lats. You can get an injury doing this way
Great job. Do you ever try to plant your heels? Once you get used to it it keeps you stable and you learn to drive through the legs, it really helps.

Yep everyone is different. I have always admired wide-stance flat feet benchers btw!

Thank you! I had no idea I looked anything like him. Probably just the angle.
That looks like 120 kg to me. Did you count the bar ?
Our gym has poor bars. The only one that's good for benching is 16 kg so we add another 4 kg in plates.

Good work. Love your training music too.
Nothing like some old school AC/DC to get you fired up.
Nice lift! You are in a minority of guys who can rep 100kg. I find that wrist wraps help mentally with heavier benches, but atm I'm training without to see how far I can get.
They do. Same with elbow sleeves. I even put a belt on for stability. I see many world class level lifters do it too.
How many times can you rep 225 for now?
Depends on bodyweight and whether I have slept good or not. When I am heavier I can get 5-6 reps though I am not really built to bench having crazy long arms.
I'm doing 255 lbs for 8 reps, which in your weight measurements is about 115.6 kg.
Nice! That's actually my max. I am not really built to bench cause I have long arms but I do what I can lol
I just hit 100kg for 10 what’s ur bench now a year later man?
Congrats! I don't even do the classic bench press that much but on a good day I can hit 5-6 reps.
@@Pibodabo good job man
@@Pibodabo ey thats still really good, you do alot of incline for chest instead?
Nope. I don't focus on hypertrophy that much, more like training the movements mainly but I do more declines than I do inclines. It's best to have stronger triceps first which will protect the pecs and shoulders and they will also grow over time.
@@Pibodabo alot of people hate decline its wierd, ive been doing it for a year and i think its super super goof so ide agree.
Nice set, keep grinding💪
Can do 100×15 but never got the views
It's pure luck if you ask me. I can do more now but this one still tops them all lol
Still Love the AC⚡DC Music & will Hype you up definitely on any day
😎
I can do 102kg for 4 reps I’m close to getting a 5th rep and my current max is 118 kg for 1 rep
That's why 1 rep max calculators aren't always accurate.
Thats my warm up... keep going on 💪💪
Doing reps with 100kg means that you made it.
I can do 5 or 6 with 100 kg on a good day but I am not really built to bench having crazy long arms...
shoulders going towards 90° on the concentric, be careful champ

I can bench 160 at 105 pounds right now
с неопитни спотъри малко неприятно :D
Той е опитен, но интелекта не е неговото forte 😂
міняй техніку поки ще непізно)локті мають невиходити за проекцію плеча!дуже легко получити травму при такому жимі.
You're going the mess you're back up. Far too arched, and legs spread Infront.
So..........what kind of response do you want from us? Really average! How's that?
Where's your video?
great, now try without your bum of the bench and without elbow straps
What's wrong with the bum and why without the wraps? I already did it without them at my last meet cause I forgot to wrap and was already called out to the platform lol
bad technic
with correct technic way less weight
You must be a beginner
100 kilograms? This is very little, you need to reap at least 200
🤣
