- Really interesting dish filmed on location in Sukhothai Northern Thailand. Imagine serving this one up at your next get together, easy to make and the flavours are intense as is the colour.

You deserve more subscribers!! Your recipe is so authentic.
Your are soooo lucky. I envy you. Your video is in a perfect location. I'm Thai and I'm homesick!!!!!! I absolutely love the dish that you are preparing!!!! Miang yum!!!!!'
Oh my, Miang kum is my FAVORITE Thai snack! But it's NOT the betal leaf; betal leaves are VERY bitter, they numb the tongue and are used for medicinal purposes! The correct leaf is the bai cha leaf, it's in the same family but a lot milder. (It's like the difference between a lemon and an orange). I'm definitely gonna try your sauce though! :-)
Good view

I was wondering if you can tell me the name of a Thai food where they suaté ground pork meat with crushed peanuts on it and some other ingredients, it taste a little sweet and/but you can also taste thai soy sauce on it then it is served with fresh Betel leaves to wrap it if you want or not. If you know that Thai food I would really appreciate it if you can tell me the name or maybe you can do a video of it! Khap khun mak kha!!
you go the basics but missed the key details and finesse. First, the sauce was way too thin, lacked peanuts, and your cuts about twice as large as they should be particularly the ginger and chili. This in short is not a simple quick dish and that s the impression your giving. The beauty is that it looks easy but it is really really not and what it can impart to the diner is simply amazing.
