    Hey Jakub, I'm surprised you don't mention anything about the fact that 14% Jordan loans no longer exist... and that since a few months, there is a definate cash drag as there is not enough loans to fill investors' demand... other than that the platform is mostly great, and the customer service has been quite responsive...

    • @senrimer
      @senrimer ปีที่แล้ว

      I think it really depends on size of portfolio and time. I send my first 600 E as a try and it got invested in two days and most of them are in Jordans 14 precent. So if you are right they must have been bought from secondary market ? Dunno using auto strategies.

    Hi. I don't really understand the issue with Revolut. Why would it force-change to Swiss francs ? If we make an order for a Euro transfer ...

    Esketit has suffering a bit of money drag. you can't expect that your money will continuously reinvested. Today is second week when some of my money are waiting for a new loans to come through. But if you can wait, this is a good platform so far. Average return is about 15.75%

    Thank you for this great and informative content! I have just one question regarding the Jordan auto-invest. The average amount per loan differs quite strongly and is in my opinion quite high for consumer loans, i.e. up to over 100€. Do you know what's the reason they do it this way and do not allocate it at least equally across the invested loans, e.g. 1% of the invested amount across all loans or 10€ per loan? With the current default settings, the concentration risk on single loans is quite high

    • @P2PEmpire
      @P2PEmpire  ปีที่แล้ว

      I think the concentration risk of single short-term loans doesn't matter, what matters is the risk in lenders. I have never seen a defaulted single short-term loan that is backed by a buyback. Either all loans are repaid or none are.

      Good point..i started using the Jordan auto invest today, but now all of a sudden I have multiple investments of around 250 EUR in one single loan. Normally I limit the investment per loan at 20 EUR, so I am not very thrilled about it. On the other hand, if Esketit respects the instant cash out option it shouldn't create extra risk. And at least all my cash drag is gone now. But i agree, I wish Esketit would offer at least the option to set a max. amount per loan.

    • @P2PEmpire
      @P2PEmpire  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@markvanvroonhoven2864 You can do that with auto invest but you will loose the cash out option.

    why has esketit choosen this swiss Bank? isnt there any other option in europe for them? i found this move little bit strange

    • @P2PEmpire
      @P2PEmpire  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It wasn't the first choice but rather a backup account since the license of the BIB was suspended. Not every bank wants to bank with a p2p lending platform, so the options are limited. Nevertheless they are looking for an alternative.

    How do you set priority of auto-invest strategies in Esketit? I don't see any options for it, yet you mentioned you set CreamFinance as your seocndary when nothing meets the other strategy's criteria?

    • @P2PEmpire
      @P2PEmpire  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You need to set up one strategy first, let it be active for a few days, then set up the second one. If you want to prioritize one over the other you just pause that one. There is no other way to get go about it right now.

    Thank you for another informative video Jakub !!!
    I have 2 questions:
    1)With which stable coins can fund your account
    2) What is the least amount of money to start investing in Esketit ?

    • @P2PEmpire
      @P2PEmpire  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      USDC, UDT are currently supported. Just make sure you use the correct blockchain.
      I think the min. deposit amount is €10.

    • @P2PEmpire
      @P2PEmpire  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This has been covered extensively in multiple videos and portfolio updates. Top-rated platforms have lower loan availability; still, the investments are much safer than on some platforms with lower ratings. Funds that are deployed in Esketit's Strategies are distributed typically within 24 hours.

      I can invest through Revolut, but on the first attempt I made, Revolut sent a message saying that it could be investing the money in a fraud situation. Even so, I proceeded with the operation and the amount has always been deposited.

      I have an exposure of under 20% in P2P loans, diversified across various platforms and loan types. It's a question of personal risk appetite and requirements on liquidity. No investment is risk-free.
