Good effort but this might have been too much for you, considering certain areas you should have tried to move up and how quickly your heart rate jumped. Keep training
dude he just got 38th in fucking nationals. what the fuck do you expect when youre rolling around at 30mph+?! youre not about to surge to 450w and stay at 150bpm here
@@chriswitek9455 PRO of it being on video: Those that seriously race on any level (and I know those roads in Knoxville - NOT easy, hella fast) understand just how INSANELY hard that was. CON of it being on video: Casuals think it's just riding a bike. "That Guy" riders think it's a spirited group ride. smh
If you are the Champaign in this race or one part of tour de France racing champion. Maybe you can say he is not as hard as you do. But for me as beginner(avg speed is 23mph on flat road for 45min, solo) I think he's speed and effort is god like.
This is useful.. Im watching this videos here in Brazil while Im training at home :)
That sound of the tyre rolling on the road...lovely.
So intense for my home trainer. I love these onboard cycling videos. 😎👍 Perfect energy, atmosphere, overlays.

Since I know the roads you raced I've been using the video to ride the trainer. For some reason, I keep finishing 39th. 🤷🏾♂️😁
I’ll make sure I’m a bit closer to the front on the next one 😉, happy the vid is helping pass trainer time for you!
more training and keep on racing, it helps improve power, endurance and exposure ,ride safe always
