I think the demon possibly wanted to reject an appearance of christianity in this family by (obviously) manipulating innocent child.

I think it’s possible that the demon was from the Shinto belief and was angry at grandparents for abandoning their traditions and using the grandson to get to them. This and add that near the end of the game, it looks like the demon is mocking the Christian faith, but it might also be the grandson struggling with both religions moral and psychological wise as he listens to the demon more
My main question is still unanswered - what happened when we opened the closet and saw the radio (as far as I remember). When the screen is black and someone speaks in a scary voice. I still can’t figure it out, it’s some kind of 'saji'(?), it doesn’t tell me anything, my knowledge of Japanese wasn’t enough to recognize it... did anyone understand what was going on??
It's Jesus backwards. The murderous kid living there was in the closet eating something and hit play on the radio and then ran away to hide while the lights were off. Absolutely terrifying game.
This one makes me feel the most dread and fear. The censored boxes scare the hell out of me. I imagine people who live out in the middle of nowhere, alone, and in filth that no one knows about and what kind of horror lurks.
That's not the boss, that's the subordinate. I think he censored his face because he's using the final scene with the other subordinate as a standin for the protagonist during the opening convo with the boss cuz it's just a black screen but you're also a subordinate like the guy at the end the boss is talking to. Just covering the face to not imply it's the same person the boss is talking to.
The graphics upgrade in this game is huge compared to their previous games
