    Incredibly valuable video for people looking to improve competitively. This is frankly just good life advice. Go in at high intensity then review. Working to improve yourself rather than win.

      Thank you for the kind words!!! And yep these tips can easily apply to most things in life that you want to improve at 💪🏽🔥

    This is so amazing, hopefully helps me reinforce that tiny bit more discipline for "testing" because I atm feel like O've hit a roadblock but now I have a good idea why

    7 mins and 23 seconds isn't nearly long enough to explain why I suck at Flesh and Blood.

    New to flesh and blood and pretty surprised at how high level all of the "how to improve" type videos are. Exciting and also intimidating

    Absolutely fantastic vid, as a new player this has helped my mindset more than anything I've watched so far, 7mins well spent.

    Great video, it really helped me understand why I didn't like Talishar as much as real play, my local community is really helpful and always discusses plays and I didn't have that on Talishar, your third point makes it really clear why I always felt this way!

    What a great video!! Thanks a lot! I always play to improve, not to win, but that part about always play at HIGH intensity is really something that I have to start doing from now on :) any tip to record your own games?

    • @WeMakeBest
      @WeMakeBest  ปีที่แล้ว

      Appreciate that a lot fam ❤️ And yeah my biggest tips would be focus on reviewing your EARLIEST mistakes, because fixing those will automatically fix most of the bad positions you end up later in the game because of the “compounding mistakes” concept i explained in the video 💪🏽

    Great video, any tips on how to go about getting good quality playtesting? I don't have a group of people that I can meet often so I'm kinda limited to online options. Thanks!

    • @WeMakeBest
      @WeMakeBest  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yep, even if you’re just playing talishar just make sure you record and review your games!!! Reviewing 1 close game will gain you more than spamming 50 random games in a row!
      And always just stay open to “limit testing” where if you ever have a question about a play, just do it and see how it feels and ends up in the review afterwards 💯🗣️

    I don't fully agree on number 1. I have been playing a various amount of heroes - so I could learn the in and outs of them, their strenght and weaknesses. Also this has allowed me to figure out the playstyle that suits me.
    Then wjen you have figured out what to play, then you can stick to your deck :)
    Just my 2 cents.
    (Nice video though)

    Definitely some good mental advice in here - like I was mostly on dori since I picked up the game and I got to the point where even though she kinda got outclassed from ToA -> - I could still take down most decks in the format cause I just knew how to drive the deck. Now I’ve been floating between wombat dash and uzuri but haven’t found the same consistency. Might go back to refining dori because we all know she’s gonna become a light warrior in DtD and become a house right? (Copium)

    The compacting mistakes is so true. I have played against so many players who make one mistake that I see will make them lose in 12 turns and they slowly begin to realize that they’re losing and don’t know what error caused it.

  • @SSDsmiley

    Played a game against Chain not to long ago and I totally forgot my game plan. I was planning to lockout, til he decked himself; however, I saw a turn that I could push more damage than him so I didn't block. Lost the game because of that move.

    • @WeMakeBest
      @WeMakeBest  ปีที่แล้ว

      YEP!!! Perfect example of why you must ALWAYS play to that gameplan! Unlucky on the game but well done on the self realisation!!! A lot of people would blame external factors rather than themselves in that same position! Respect 🔥🤝🏽💯
