TPLEX is just intented to Tarlac, Pangasinan, La Union expressway kaya nga pinangalanang TPLEX. Dapat you have just mentioned the expressway to be extended in Ilocos. Pero ung TPLEX kasi supposedly sa Rosario, La Union lang sa pinaka unang bayan ng La Union maieextend na ito hanggang San Juan, La Union "Surfing Capital of the North"
