In BCD we're writing 9 = 1001 because the sum of its weight (8+1) is 9. But in 2421 code why we're writing 3 = 0011 instead of 1001 even though in both cases the sum of its weight is 3?
In second point when 17 is converted to bcd code ,answer was 10111.but when the same 10111 is converted to decimal it was 22(16+0+4+2).please clear my doubt sir
