I loved the orange convertible that managed to keep going - laying down a kilometer-long rubber strip in the process from his destroyed tyres. Peugeot 205 guy bailing out in the crash. When Wreckmeister crashed his Maluch, the doors often flew open and his front seats ejected. The 205 driver is like that.

After learning that Waluigi had stolen yet another Dodge Charger Hellcat from Funky Kong's Dodge dealership, Chief Pauline took matters into her own hands and set up a spike strip to stop the skinny thief from making his getaway to Sarasaland. The strip worked... a little too well; the ensuing collision between the Hellcat and the Crown Vic patrol car knocked Pauline out cold, preventing her from being able to stop the carnage that ensued. Car after car ran over the strips and reduced themselves to scrap metal at the tunnel entrance. Only two cars managed to escape the carnage with flat tires, and one of those was the DeLorean being driven by Petrolhead. Ziggy finally brought an end to the chaos by slamming Petrolhead's tour bus into the wreckage, giving the tourists their money's worth yet again. Chief Pauline managed to escape her destroyed police car, but she would need to spend some time in the hospital recovering from her burns and other serious injuries. Mario would have to serve as the interim Mayor of New Donk City, while Petrolhead volunteered to fill in as the interim police chief. As for Waluigi... he was sentenced to spend the rest of 2023 and all of 2024 in the New Donk City jail, with Daisy guarding his cell 24/7.
