    Grocery shopping has become a high risk errand and even when you order on Instacart and Whole Foods Delivery you are not guaranteed to receive every item in your order... So I asked myself, what is something us CFA's could do inflight with minimal ingredients, versatility, and using what we already have in our pantry drawers, fridge bags, or caterers to create a dish that still delivers impact and wow-factor with flavor and presentation?
    This is a hybrid play on berries and cream mixed with yogurt parfait vibes. It works as a breakfast or after-dinner light and refreshing dessert.

    Never thought of cutting blueberries in half to keep them from rolling around or changing the shape of a fruit. Great tips!!
