Here in the States we used to race trucks on ovals but I think they were deemed too dangerous. Like Austrailian Super Cars, the trucks are neat to watch on a road course. I think one had an aero advantage with the 5th wheel tilted downward. lol.
@@BlendLineTV It was pretty wild, yeah! Main reason you rarely see them in the US anymore is that they put a lot of wear on the track surface and did some serious damage when they hit the walls, and most short track owners don't really have the money to handle repairs on that scale so they just wouldn't host races.
@@BlendLineTV GATR great American truck race used to be very popular for a few years, and the trucks were much closer to stock running 130 mph plus. Cool stuff.
Aussies are cooked as hell. I used to game with a bunch of aussies. Some of the best times of my life. I've never laughed that much before or since. Amazing people.
Don't be a child. I'm an environmentalist and I love this stuff. They're reusing equipment that would've otherwise been thrown away, and the resources spent and emissions produced by racing pale in comparison to your average corporation. Corporations go well out of their way to ignore regulations and are shockingly lazy and cheap when it comes to waste disposal.
Wow, imagine being on this track in a regular race car, thinking you have the advantage, and then you watch two 10000lb fire belching trucks just smash each other like animals, then continue on like nothing happened. I would clear that track so fast 😬
@@banegearwolfgrim9013 you mean like formula ford? Here: th-cam.com/video/DwL25yQpGCE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=YSlaVBsUNo1l1p-o There’s heaps of racing across multiple disciplines on our channel. Hope you enjoy checking it all out.
The great American truck racing series. One of the Bruce Malininson from Pittsburgh performance. They did to much damage to the tracks is what i was told.
That's what I was scrolling looking for as well....they definitely seem fast, but it might be mostly gearing as they're only pushing themselves and not having to worry about gearing for pulling a huge 80k on load.... IDK....but I want to know 😅
@johnnygeorgopoulos4072 Right? I tried looking it up on Google but couldn't find anything. I just kept getting results for stadium super trucks; those little 600HP bastards that tear up dirt and asphalt. I'm super curious what these trucks are putting out.
First, I have no idea what language they're speaking and second, the steering wheel is on the wrong side. However, AFL is the greatest game on the planet.

So how much pollution do you think comes from a factory that makes those electric death traps that get the materials delivered by these types of machines!

man, seeing them on ovals would be a sight that's for sure!

Um we actually still do race semi truck just like these still
Surprise... On ovals... We have these big rig races on race tracks left and right turns still in Finland

The sound of those diesels, just madness. Most people rave about petrol engines but diesels are just as glorious
Wow. What big flame of fire from the Mack exhaust.
Yeh 😲, I originally thought it was kick bait!
I'm from England and love watching trucks racing here it's super competitive ❤
Talk about a high-octane showdown! These trucks are bigger than my coffee order, and just as intense!
Technically, it's no-octane shodown. Or, more technically, a cetane showdown. lol Not quite the same ring, but who knows, maybe it'll catch on.
Australians rule. Some of the funniest dudes I’ve ever met on a deployment.
Aussies are cooked as hell. I used to game with a bunch of aussies. Some of the best times of my life. I've never laughed that much before or since. Amazing people.
The Greenies would love this type of racing!
Never heard them say a word about it. Probably don't know it exists. They live in a very small bubble.

ALL ARE Lovely lovely machines!! Macks i love you!!!🎉🎉🎉
“His truck’s looking a bit second hand now”…. fin’g cracked me up.
The guys try and bring some humour to the event as well.
Love it! Just amazing at how fast these guy make these monsters!
I remember seeing Denny Hulm racing trucks as a kid, didn't realise they still race trucks. Very cool 💪🏼💪🏼
The truck with the 2stroke sounds amazing
Greta approved 👌
How dare you! 😂
how original
Impressive that a Australian race truck can smoke less then a "tuned" US pickup truck.
Good Lord, now they're letting the psycho Aussies race heavy trucks. I LOVE IT!!
Has motor, will race! 🤣
When the boost kicks in. The heavy truck is out in a flash.
Truck Racing is a masterclass. WOW
From the state's
Wicked cool man
This is some outstanding racing.
Us Aussies love our carbon footprints 😂😂😂

I would clear that track so fast 😬
The kenworths got that top end straight line speed, but that Isuzu is surprisingly nimble😂
I love this soo much ❤
So do we BadPandaRacing, so do we
8:09 holy moly my boi can STEER!!
Have a dang like! Smith is ace!
Keep showing these races man I'm loving them. Show some formula please.

I would love to see a big rig racing live event 😮
Nice BURNOUT 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Aussies would race farts if they could bet on it😂

The smoke is ridiculous you can’t be serious. Was nice country air lol
15:36 is that really a shout out to Drain Cleaning Australia? I so hope so!
I have missed this shit on TV. Are they still racing trucks. God it was fun to watch
That puppy dog is Chazin the Bone
6:36 🤭
I see what you did there
😬😬😬😬😬
cool!
This is badass. Anybody know the power specs on these things? HP and torque output?

lol @ the commentator just saying 'to hell with it' and stating a random number for the corner and admitting it in the same breath.
Greta Thunberg is having a stroke...
Are these things using stock brakes?
We're not 100% sure of the changes made for racing, a lot of elements are stock though so it wouldn't suprise us if its only some upgraded rotors.
It must be very difficult to see where you're driving with the amount of exhaust being kicked out
Where is Inky Tullek
Think they aught too do that in the US more,,Naaa, no real drivers anymore. Just wheel holding ID10T'S
these guys aren't truck drivers, they're truck racers, a very different thing
Fantastic
Ray Gun
Emu war
Naa your not capable of that or holding a steering wheel little alone have it attached to a vehicle & drive it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Is it EURO 6 ???
8:04 ?
Our announcers don't know if there are car or trucks That are racing
Here for the competition we need a Ukrainian truck Kraz 5450 with a tank engine
IN FORMULA TRUCK BRASIL A MAÍS VELOZ DOS TRUCKSS
When you find NASCAR boring....
Mothertruckers!
It's more like your driver's couldn't grasp turning right
Horrible with all that ultrafine particles, belching out from the stacks! Straight into your lungs as a spectator or driver.
I'll let it slide for this. One useless flight from Taylor swift probably has more emissions than a whole season of these races
Don't like what's there? Don't go to it.
Something tells me that YOU don't have to worry about it
Go complain to Greta.
Brakes chirping??? Really..🤡🌎
Try the tyres.🤦♂️
prillwitz with a couple of really douchey moves

Goofy trucks yall have
shouldnt they have something to reduce all that smoke...and no diesels are not economical
They are not driving in economy mode.
Remember you said that the next time you go to the grocery store!
what a pointless way of polluting
This is product development, better than burning brown coal to power EVS
So how much pollution do you think comes from a factory that makes those electric death traps that get the materials delivered by these types of machines!
Remember this when your government preaches to you about global warming.
