we have a destoner in our factory that is not discharging both head rice and the stones, all are discharging through the stone side. Buhler what can we do to make it work?

@@BuhlerGroup there's a tray inside that has little compartments and each one has a single white cube inside. We just did some heavy cleaning and was curious what there purpose was for.
