When will this be demolished for being built on a water channel?
No doubt, you have a very dirty mind!
It's time to invest back home in Ala Igbo
Stanley Uzochukwu, an Igbo man, would soon regret building this in Lagos
Nice one. We need more of these with more modern technology, design and appeal. Another huge Igbo man’s investment in Lagos with inclusivity.
Where is your?
Probably built with drug money.
@@Moabayi-yf6ulyour comment is a way of saying you wish he built it with drug money. What a horrible mind you possess! People are celebrating a great Nigerian and you're there wondering if he achieved that with drug money. Continue.

This is awesome. Congratulations Stanley
Congratulations Dr.Stan More investments i Pray🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
Hmm... With the way that igbos were treated during the last election, i have mixed feelings about this. Before the owner was even revealed, i suspected that it was going to be an igbo man.
GREAT JOB 🏤
What we need is massive creation of jobs and employment for the youths.
Congratulations ooo, me I need work oooo is there vacancy?
I have searched and searched, but I couldn’t find any other tribes in the entire Nigeria who bundles the true spirit of one Nigerian than the igbos does. You can go and verify.
You are entitled to your opinion, even under the law!
@@abioyesulaiman9665E pain am🤡
@@abioyesulaiman9665counter his statement with a better than thou argument or opinion if he is lying
@samuelwilliams8099, you need to get heal and very fast because your addiction to a mere tribe that was invented for our usage will continue to hurt you until you get heal and realize that we are one people divided by the Western invaders, you just only wanted to show yourself nothing else, your likes are the reason Nigeria is rule by Soulless demon's that called themselves leader's because your eat tribe while they eat Nigeria Greatness and Africa at large!!!
@@abioyesulaiman9665 can you invest heavily in another man's region ?
This hotel is very low go too kenyan and see serius class hotel's this one from Nigeria is a toy....
They should build in other areas in lagos not just Victoria lsland and lkoyi and lekki.Badagry need this and more. Also in other state as well. The last time l checked there were 36 states in nigeria and Abuja...
this is private investment, you build where you make money. Nobody is building a true 5-star hotel in Badagry. And other than a handful of cities in Nigeria, same for other states. And those cities probably already have their quota of hotel establishments. Nigeria is actually one of the African leaders in number of high-level hotels.
The Makokoko is a tadpole sprawlinling on water that needs demolition but this would face its fate later for obvious reason. He has yet to see the hand writing on the wall.
The room rates appear quite ridiculous, but I'm sure theyve spne their research. ₦400k for a standard room is crazy (to me)...
Hmmm, this Igbo people!, Na waoo!
The more they try to sweep them away from Lagos the deeper the propagate into Lagos with mouth watering investments.
Who go fit sweep sands away from the land?
Igbos are significant stake holders in Lagos until the world ends no doubt.
I want to invite them into my state for development… Igbo kwenuooo!
Mua nuoo
Zua nuooo
Rie nuooo…. Iseeeeee
Which state are you from
Why are Igbos still building in another people's land while they are destroying their investment from the north to the west of this contraption called nigeria. Hmm Igbos need to do the needful
Na drug money

Na wa o very few working industries owned by Nigerians that can employ the massive young People of Nigeria and we are opening 5⭐ Hotels...😒 Our priorities are revolving only on enjoyment and consumption.
Thank you. We are engaging our brains. It is even named after their slave master.
Igbo owned? From 20 naira to this is a terrible thing to the minds of many. Demolition thereafter 5-10 years.
.build factories and protect local industries and I vest in farming please people are starving

Can the common man afford this?
ask u papa for lagos
@@user-mf8tt8sm2q😂😂😂😂
Igbo no jet sense true true, go home and build your house
With all due respect I really do not see anything luxurious, classy or spectacular about this place.
First and foremost the headroom of the building is just too low.
The design looks modern cliche design. The design interior and exterior is not unique.
Them just pack influential Nigerians as board members to influence customer patronage.
@adetaiootuyemi8169, why are you so bent on telling what this, and what the place is not? This is beginning to sound like hatred.
You are on point. Those who know, know.
Your last paragraph summarizes your objectives, envy, jealousy and depression 😅😂😅
To even imagine former presidents coming to the inauguration? Isn’t that petty? Rubbish!
ask ur papa for lagos to build him own. ur 1000th gen will never dream of this
Sincerely this place is nothing near world class luxury
@adetaiootuyemi8169, have you been there? If you have been there, then statement is called for. If you have not been there, this statement was uncalled for.
Are you sure? That what I thought initially but then, I had to look at the place very well. Go to other blogs.
Where exactly have you "sufferhead" stayed before to be able to make this comparison?
Mention the world class luxury hotels you stayed in and in the cities in which you visited!!
👊🏾🇳🇬!
Looks like a facade. Very typical flamboyantly Nigerian.
Show us your father’s investment 😅😂
