For the initial Tests they give you at the start of bootcamp, did the amount of pushups you can do matter? I can do the run easily but haven’t done pushups in a minute so I’m not sure about that one
I HIGHLY recommend u Start doing Pushups and Situps . Its fine if you have not in a while because yall will be physically conditioning almost everyday so you will be in shape one way or another but i definitely recommend start doing at least 40 - 80 pushups a day. U can do 10 in the morning , 10 Evenings and 20 at Night. The Last Amount young males had to do was like 41 (thats when i went in)
