They can’t just hand you a job. That chief did you wrong. Based off of your line score you choose the jobs based off of that. Your recruiter should’ve worked that out.

I HIGHLY recommend u Start doing Pushups and Situps . Its fine if you have not in a while because yall will be physically conditioning almost everyday so you will be in shape one way or another but i definitely recommend start doing at least 40 - 80 pushups a day. U can do 10 in the morning , 10 Evenings and 20 at Night. The Last Amount young males had to do was like 41 (thats when i went in)

The videos of bootcamp on TH-cam are Similar to what happens. The PT wont be anything he cant handle . If its TOO much for him, he can call something mid drill called “Training Time Out” . They will stop the training and Tend to him. The Exercises and runs are not bad . On youtube , the videos you see are for entertainment purposes as well. It wont be EXACTLY like that

And awe man. Once he makes it to A-School or the Fleet, whatever rate he chooses , he can easily talk to his DIVO (Divisional Officer) About the State 21 Program if he makes the window in time or He can Go to the Academy .
