I meditate eat healthy, I had a spiritual awakening, guided by the divine light. It was the most magical experience of my life. I’m now walking the 12,000 mile uk coast to raise awareness of mental health and homelessness. I’m running my own online health shop. I live in a tent and wild camp as I go.
