"พระจันทร์มันไก่” ร้านข้าวมันไก่ที่เป็นทั้งจุดจบ และการเริ่มวันใหม่ของคนกลางคืน
โดยมี “ลุงจิม” (เอิร์ท พิรพัฒน์) พ่อครัวหนุ่มใหญ่ใจดี “หลี่หมิง” (โฟร์ท ณัฐวรรธน์) หลานชายแท้ๆ และ “ไก่ป่า” (ข้าวตัง ธนวัฒน์) ลูกชายร้านขายไก่สดแวะเวียนมาช่วยบ่อยๆ คืนหนึ่งลุงจิมได้พบกับ “เหวิน” (มิกซ์ สหภาพ) นักตกแต่งดิสเพลย์ ลูกค้าที่ทำให้หัวใจของเขาเต้นแรงอีกครั้ง แต่กลับมีอุปสรรคมากมายที่ทำให้ลุงจิมสับสนกับการเปิดใจกับความสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้

The AlanWen scene was so heartbreaking, and bts was as heartbreaking as it was in the series. Give First and Mix a round of applause, they delivered it so well. The emotions were so on point, and I could really feel the pain and sorrow of the characters. This was my favorite scene in Moonlight Chicken.

Mixxiw is not just pretty and cute....but he also has enough emotional intelligence to really get into his character....it breaks my heart and fills me with admiration at the same time. I really really hope mix keeps acting for a long time and that gmmtv gives him more roles with greater and more challenging difficulty

Those Wen and Alan scenes were among the best ever. Amazing to see how the actors themselves had to go through a rollercoaster of emotions during the filming
