    I saw the video the customer posted. They are certainly excited and happy with the project. It is great to see this from your perspective. The results are dramatic and well worth the effort your team spent on this.

    At Master Plan Angola, We work exactly like that but instead of integrated process we call it holistic work, where all the actors inherent to the project intervene from the beginning and in the presence of the client. But of course, it doesn't always work because clients have a preconceived idea that Architects services are expensive and so they disappear after talking about the budget.
