Stop calling maestro Igor Krutoy “the pianist I’ve already seen ...” He is a great composer, author of many songs performed by Dimash, and not only him. You decry the fact that Dimash songs tend to be full orchestral productions and lack the rock vibe.....you said it has no personality and doesn't fit with todays people. I disagree, but I understand that your niche is hard rock. I do agree though, that I wouldn't mind seeing Dimash try a song with a hard driving beat with wailing guitars underneath. This was sung at the Kremlin Palace at an event for a famous Russian fashion designer, hence the red suit with gold silk lining. Well, you have an interesting take on this performance and song but I'm gonna disagree with most of your thesis. This is a power pop tune, yes of a by gone era but not a lost era. This is a song geared for the Western or American market. It's a love song, it has a hook that can be with you. Yes, it has elements of the Scorpions sound but more of American Pop. Dimash of course sings it to a faretheewell. I believe this song could easily be adopted to a guitar band and doesn't need an orchestra behind it to pull it off. I agree, the singer is far too good for a tune this simple but why not him? Technically, what he does in this song with the trills and legit inflections (with all the intervals) make this tune work and will create a wide audience for it. It's a crowd pleaser and it's extremely emotional. Not all music needs to be heavy rock with high pitched singers ventilating. As a lover of King Crimson and one who fashions himself as a lover of progressive rock, I can still dig this tune and appreciate it's strengths. Something maybe you could work on. Fusion in listening is just as important as fusion in music arrangements.

Dimash has his own band with guitars, keys, drums, percussion and all the staff giving some rock music background at his solo concerts. Yesterday I was at his solo concert in Moscow. It was absolutely mind-blowing, beyond any words to express emotions. Igor Krutoy also was there to perform his songs with Dimash.

You should try to react to a few of his concerts... He is doing a lot of them right now. A good one is SOS from the New York concert at Barclay Center last year. Or any of the Know performances at any concert really... He is a lot more free with interpretations at his concerts.

But we all have different tastes.

А композиция очень сложная и видно как Димаш выкладывается и физически и эмоционально. Первые секунды после окончания песни он ещё не может выйти эмоционально из песни, теряет реальность. Молодец, умничка, талантище наш Димаш.

Stop calling maestro Igor Krutoy “the pianist I’ve already seen ...” He is a great composer, author of many songs performed by Dimash, and not only him. You decry the fact that Dimash songs tend to be full orchestral productions and lack the rock vibe.....you said it has no personality and doesn't fit with todays people. I disagree, but I understand that your niche is hard rock. I do agree though, that I wouldn't mind seeing Dimash try a song with a hard driving beat with wailing guitars underneath. Igor Krutoy on the piano is the joint composer with Dimash of this song, words by Lara Fabian and the arrangement is by Erlan Bekturin, Dimash's "brother"/ best friend. Backing vocals are Dimash. This was sung at the Kremlin Palace at an event for a famous Russian fashion designer, hence the red suit with gold silk lining. The performance was a gift from Dimash for International Womens Day, and it was between two of his solo world concerts. Well, you have an interesting take on this performance and song but I'm gonna disagree with most of your thesis. This is a power pop tune, yes of a by gone era but not a lost era. This is a song geared for the Western or American market. It's a love song, it has a hook that can be with you. Yes, it has elements of the Scorpions sound but more of American Pop. Dimash of course sings it to a faretheewell. I believe this song could easily be adopted to a guitar band and doesn't need an orchestra behind it to pull it off. I agree, the singer is far too good for a tune this simple but why not him? Technically, what he does in this song with the trills and legit inflections (with all the intervals) make this tune work and will create a wide audience for it. It's a crowd pleaser and it's extremely emotional. Not all music needs to be heavy rock with high pitched singers ventilating. As a lover of King Crimson and one who fashions himself as a lover of progressive rock, I can still dig this tune and appreciate it's strengths. Something maybe you could work on. Fusion in listening is just as important as fusion in music arrangements.

It was absolutely mind-blowing, beyond any words to express emotions. Igor Krutoy also was there to perform his songs with Dimash.

Реакционеру всё время не хватает оркестра? А я считаю, что оркестра здесь вполне достаточно. Оркестром зачастую замещают непрофессионализм и недостаток в голосе вокалиста. У Димаша в его голосе всё доведено до совершенства и оркестр здесь всего лишь лёгкий фон для его необыкновенно богатого, летящего голоса. Всё в меру, всё изысканно, все идеально.

That is not just pianist Chris, I think I wrote that, and many others .That is Maestro Igor Krutoy who has composed thousands of songs, highly appreciated in Russia and the World. He work with Lara Fabian for years, and he composed Adagio for her, she wrote lyrics. Madmoisele Hyde, Love of tired swans, Know, Ogni Pietra, Passione ... ALL of them are HIS songs. He came from retirement when heard Dimash singing, and he started to compose for him. He is producer and billionaire, but could not resist to compose for Dimash. They are very close as a families now, he loves how humble and shy Dimash is, and Dimash has a huge gratitude and respect towards him. I am subscriber and watch every single reaction you make, but now I am at least surprised that after so many performances with Maestro Krytoy you do not check who he is??? Always being with Dimash? They accompany him on his journey and protect him because they care for and love him for the person he is, not just for his genius talent. That is why you'll never see a real fan call him out for his poor English. It's called Compassion. They dub his accent "adorable Dinglish" instead. Love, respect, kindness, humility and compassion above all are values Dimash lives by and is the biggest drawcard of his fan base.if you don't understand that, I wish you well and hope you will find an artist you can enjoy and overlook his/her flaws because he/she like Dimash is only human.

You should try to react to a few of his concerts... He is doing a lot of them right now. A good one is SOS from the New York concert at Barclay Center last year. Or any of the Know performances at any concert really... He is a lot more free with interpretations at his concerts.
