Mr Gough I have said it before and will say it again you are in a league of your own . I love how you clearly explain your thought process and the results are outstanding sir .The technical knowledge you impart to us all is highly appreciated.
Risking life, limb and more importantly wet feet, the things we do just to get a shot. Worth every step I'd say. Lovely images Gary, Thanks for sharing.
You and your photography are One-Of-A-Kind! Amazing shots! I prefer all shots without the leafless tree in the foreground! Fabulous work! Thanks for taking me along!!
Cheers Gav. You’ll have to give us a shout next time you’re over. I’m still claiming braggers rights btw. I’m sure you’ll be grabbing the honours soon enough but until then, I’m still it for a few more weeks 😁😁😂😂
Wow, Gary! Talk about an appetizer. Can't wait to join you there in April. I'm in awe of your intrepid journey across the river and up the slope, but I have no jealousy whatsoever. Rain - no problem, but I'm a decade older than you young man, so I will appreciate the fabulous photographs from the armchair, and then be happy with a little less exhaustion on a first trip with you. Really looking forward to a different view of my favourite place in the world. Thanks for another educational and inspirational video. Many more please.
Reminds me of my first ever visit to 'The Fairy Pools' on Skye, when I just couldn't cross the first stream even in wellies - The waters would have swept me away! Great vlog as usual, Gary
Another great video Gary. Yeah the three sisters are a great place to photograph. It was a bit dodgy getting across the river. Another place to go there is the hidden valley. Absolutely stunning image's mate. Look forward to the next one.
Absolutely stunning Video Gary, a truly passionate and committed professional, I don't think I would have crossed that river! Love he black and white variants, thanks for all your work, you sir, are an inspiration!
Gary fantastic video Gary, love the determination to get up there, the video was just like having our very own workshop with you. Did you know there is a hidden valley between the sisters? Thanks for taking us on the adventure, I gotta say the Nikon is producing the goods.
Well Gary that was a corking brilliant vlog, pick a picture any picture as a favourite I just enjoyed and liked them all. Hope you stayed dry getting back to your van😊
Hope you noticed the grumpy sister in the middle! See how the snow and the dark rock make the middle sister have two eyes and a sad mouth, once seen you cannot help but see it, especially the black white shot with a lot of light on the middle sister. Really good to see what you did in that area, given me some ideas. Thank you.
WOW! The places you get to are amazing. So many great shots in this episode. I don't know how you will select you favourites. The last two are pretty special I have to say.
There are moments in your Videos where i think i might need a towel to dry up my feet ... Awesome Pictures, breathtaking landscape and a brilliant photographer ... with wet feet. 😉 Thank you Gary
Lovely shots, and quite the hike. Bit of trivia: When you were standing with the tripod, way off in the distance there’s a white cottage by the road - that’s Jimmy Saville’s old place
Great images Gary and I'm writing thos from the Kingshouse Hotel in Glencoe! Not sure I will get over to that area before I have to leave but definitely an area I will try and explore my next visit. Great work.
Gary, depending on what you're filming, I may or may not watch. But, I'll never miss one of your landscape videos. To use a term you often use to describe the scenes you compose, your landscape videos are incredible. Thanks!
Wonderful infectious enthusiasm as usual Gary and fantastic shots as ever. I would like it if you said where you were focusing with each shot, as you don’t mention stacking - which I don’t do in my photography. I’m a bit old school and will also shoot film sometimes. 👍📸
Some very interesting shots you got Gary, I think as you said “I’m going to have to take one last shot”, that colour one before the BW was my favourite together with the lone tree and two of the sisters. Hope you got back to the van ok.
Beautiful place, been there many times, excellent video as always, however this video also shows the amount of hard work that you put into it. Many thanks for sharing..
Cheers Gary, it’s Sean in Atlanta. Every single one of those “death defying” images is World Class! Whenever I want to feel poorly about my own photography, I watch you, the Master! But dude, you were maybe a bit too close to the edge for some of them! At least, that’s how it looked all the way over here in Georgia! Good show! Sean
Lovely video as per usual Gary. I liked the last image best but i'm a sucker for a nice B+W image, and in that shot you don't notice the road either. I love wandering round there myself for something out of the usual, and at this time of the year its so much quieter. Oh and you might want to consider getting studded wellies - they slip a lot less with the metal studs.
Really enjoyed seeing some alternative compositions from here Gary and I reckon now you have said it in the description, google will be getting some hits for Hairy Sisters of Glencoe. Great to see you will be at the NEC on Saturday. I will be there that day so look forward to hearing you speak and to say hello. See you soon
Superb Vid, you pics blew me away, I have recently taken up some waterfall photography and had a few close calls with falling myself. Thanks for explaining so well what you do. I am going to try and catch up with you on the 16th, if I don't manage it have a great weekend.
Yet another fantastic Video Gary. I will be doing my second trip to Glen Coe later this year in October so very inspired by watching your video and very much looking forward to my trip. If i happen to see you at the NEC I will say hi.
Greatr stuff! I hope I didn't alarm you too much wnen I yelled to you with your group across the lower falls in Glencoe a couple of weeks ago. It crossed my mind you could just have slipped and fallen in...!!
Probably the Scottish Highlands most stunning locations, can’t wait to drive through there again this September, of course stopping to grab a few images 📷🏔️beautiful images Gary, well worth the effort 👌
Another excellent video with some cracking images. When you said last week I would enjoy it you weren't wrong, but I was expecting something to do with pot noodles.
Great shots again Gary, not sure I’d have attempted the water crossing even if I had waders on 😂 Knowing my look near water I would have been swimming 🙈
oh my :D ... I was pretty scared in the beginning for you considering that you have also return back for your vlogging camera and cross it forth again one more time ...
Excellent pictures as usual Gary and a great adventure.. Your pictures shot at (eg, f22), how did you overcome the so called lens diffraction problem at such a high f stop number?
Get some dry bags for your gear in the sack, just in case you go in. It's happened to the best of us. Were you using the Z 14-30mm f4 S lens? How wide did you go Garry? Great video as usual, stay safe.😊
Mr Gough I have said it before and will say it again you are in a league of your own . I love how you clearly explain your thought process and the results are outstanding sir .The technical knowledge you impart to us all is highly appreciated.
Kind of you to say, thank you xx
This is the kind of landscape photography I like pure art
Cheers 👍👍
Risking life, limb and more importantly wet feet, the things we do just to get a shot. Worth every step I'd say. Lovely images Gary, Thanks for sharing.
Impressive Gary and not just that river crossing :-) super work & shots
Cheers Darren xx
You and your photography are One-Of-A-Kind! Amazing shots! I prefer all shots without the leafless tree in the foreground! Fabulous work! Thanks for taking me along!!
One of my fave valleys on the planet that Gary. So jealous you the three sisters all snow capped like.
Cheers Gav. You’ll have to give us a shout next time you’re over. I’m still claiming braggers rights btw. I’m sure you’ll be grabbing the honours soon enough but until then, I’m still it for a few more weeks 😁😁😂😂

Wonderful imagery, Gary. Love your enthusiasm and skill. Thanks for sharing!
Many thanks
Such a magical, photographers paradise is Glencoe.
Another cracking video Gary. Some stellar images. Big thumbs up.
Absolutely beautiful images with perfect complementary music, thank you very much for taking us along and my feet didn’t get wet at all!
Many thanks!
Reminds me of my first ever visit to 'The Fairy Pools' on Skye, when I just couldn't cross the first stream even in wellies - The waters would have swept me away! Great vlog as usual, Gary
Cheers Gary! I look forward to your videos and never am I disappointed!
Thanks Gary for another great video of the amazing Glencoe . Photos are stunning 📸
What a breathtaking beautiful place…
And wonderful shots… and the music fits so well.
Fantastic work Gary. Definitely worth all the hard effort you put in. Love the mood of your b&w images 😊
Another great video Gary.
Yeah the three sisters are a great place to photograph.
It was a bit dodgy getting across the river.
Another place to go there is the hidden valley.
Absolutely stunning image's mate.
Look forward to the next one.
Och min you need a pair of waders Gary.... Great video as always..
Fantastic video, Gary. Lovely shots, but please, mate, stay on the safe side.
Well done for persevering on a day when most would have stayed in the warm and dry. The results have turned out to be superb, and worth your effort.
Well done Gary, I was there Thurs/Fri last week and couldn't get across the stream as I didn't have wellies, 18:24 my fave!
Absolutely stunning Video Gary, a truly passionate and committed professional, I don't think I would have crossed that river! Love he black and white variants, thanks for all your work, you sir, are an inspiration!
Love your Black and White conversions!
Fantastic pictures. Also loved the talk through on the angles and composition.
Good to see some original content from a well photographed area.
One or two?!?!? How about just about every one! Thanks again for the inspiration and you really did look cool leaning against the rock
Fantastic video as always. Stunning Shots.

I cannot wait to visit this place in May once again another amazing video and thanks for the recon 😉
Lovely shots, and quite the hike. Bit of trivia: When you were standing with the tripod, way off in the distance there’s a white cottage by the road - that’s Jimmy Saville’s old place
Wonderful, so many stunning photos, a real landscape lovers dream. Well done Mr G
Cheers Jeff 👍👍
@GaryGough Thought of you the other day. Watch a video about Keeler, a ghost town in California, right up your street.
Your a braver man than me. Another very enjoyable video 📹 Gary
The music bed under the images is absolutely perfect.
Great images Gary and I'm writing thos from the Kingshouse Hotel in Glencoe! Not sure I will get over to that area before I have to leave but definitely an area I will try and explore my next visit. Great work.
Amazingly sharp shots. Don't know how you do it but love your stamina, puts me to shame😊
You never fail to deliver Gary - great video and superb captures. Well worth soggy feet.
Love these photos I've learnt so much from your videos Thank you...Vic from Australia

Love it. Always wondered what those jagged rocks looked like close up. Can't tell how many times I've been in the river. Worth it even time.
Cheers Gary, it’s Sean in Atlanta. Every single one of those “death defying” images is World Class! Whenever I want to feel poorly about my own photography, I watch you, the Master! Fantastic images…
Gary, I really liked the composition of the images. Another great video and thanks for sharing.
Another excellent video with some cracking images. When you said last week I would enjoy it you weren't wrong, but I was expecting something to do with pot noodles.
Hey, I´m from Austria, I like your videos!
What a great view
Love the images. Having watched that I don't think I am fit enough for a Glencoe workshop - my knees hurt just watching you... :)
Great lesson in composition, start to finish! And even more satisfying when you tough out rough conditions!
Gary, bring an umbrella to shield your camera, especially filters from the rain and snow. Beautiful shots by the way.
Great shots again Gary, not sure I’d have attempted the water crossing even if I had waders on 😂
Knowing my look near water I would have been swimming 🙈
Your a legend pal. Thank you
What a great romp in Glencoe! 👏👏
Incredible! I was there last week too for the first time and Glencoe is definitely a location with huge potential!
Absolutely loved this video
Nice pics. They all came out great. I really enjoyed the B&W pics.
great images both colour and black and white what a place keep safe that was special as always thank you
What a beautiful place and great explanation of what ur doing and trying to achieve Thank You
Brilliant mate. ❤
Truly a beautiful video! Beautiful England shines majesticly through your lens Gary. Hey, maybe invest in some good waders? (Just a suggestion ;) )
You might have just offended 90% of the Scottish population saying that was England 😉
Are you going to be at the photography show. I will be there on the Sunday as work Saturdays. Like the different shoots, a bit of variety.
Excellent as always!
oh my :D ... I was pretty scared in the beginning for you considering that you have also return back for your vlogging camera and cross it forth again one more time ...
Brilliant Gary 👌🏽
You hit the mothert lode with the snow on theose peaks. fantastic
Excellent pictures as usual Gary and a great adventure.. Your pictures shot at (eg, f22), how did you overcome the so called lens diffraction problem at such a high f stop number?

Fantastic Gary thanks for your video
Beautiful pictures and enjoyable video, how did you loose a Z8?
Get them socks and wellies off Gary and go barefoot across that stream haha bet them rocks were uber slippy!
I've done a few trips to Scotland and the weather has been nice once and once only. Nice too sew it doesnt happen just me 😅
Here I find colour versions work much more better than B&W which is , for me, a bit too harsh
Great BTS of landscape photography ;-)
Beautiful
wonderful
a precarious crossing but well worth the watch .
I wonder Mr Gough, do you ever catch up with Karl from Glencoe Photography? I for one would love to see the 2 of you on a video 😃
Well done you, yer you took a risk but you did get a new look image.. i must push myself a bit more..
That white house in the valley is a bit creepy always gives me the eebee jeebies
A certain Mr Saville used to live there. It's due to be demolished i believe.
