There's something wrong about a govt cancelling an existing firearm license and then demand the owner (who paid for the firearms) to surrender them to the govt. This is tantamount to arbitrary confiscation of private property. I would think that the govt should give owner a grace period to sell or transfer ownership.

Currently, there are literally tens of thousands of outstanding arrest warrants, has PNP went to everyone of those houses, and search for their weapons, and confiscated them? When the gov't pick & choose specific person to target, and not others, then that's selective prosecution and justice. I'm saying this, not for Quiboloy, but for anyone else that's targeted by govt
It would be logical for the goverment to make such action against quiboloy, being a Fugitive makes the gravity of the situation more dire. i don't reckoned that he is genuinely being targeted, this naturally happens if you go againts the law the government and the people.

Possesing firearms is only a privilege, not a right. Given to law abiding citizens, not to anyone being complained of criminal offenses, refusing to appear to summons of competent authority, subject of warrant of arrest, a fugitive. If not so, criminals may legally own and posses firearms
