"Ups defy gravity. Gravity is a law. I OBEY the law." Genuinely one of the wittiest, well-delivered lines of comedy you will see at any point in human history. Damn he was great.
I really liked him. Clean, no profanity & filth. He weighed up to 450lbs. at one time and lost a lot of pounds. Ironic that when he lost all those pounds shortly after that he lost his life. Really Sad.
I discovered him after he passed away 😞 when I’m sad I listen to his comedy videos. I crack up when he says “get outta the line” 😂😂😂 RIP John Pinette 🌹
God he had such a warm smile, we really lost a truly great human being. He never had to use shock humour or insult comedy to be hilarious. RIP John Pinette 😔
You are so right about his smile. Every time he smiles it makes me smile, even tho I'm laughing hysterically already. I did not discover him, like some, until he had passed and that really made me feel so sad to know, that I'll never get to see him in person, like I was contemplating before I knew he was gone. You are loved John and your smile will always be the first thing I see when I think of you.
He's my favorite comedian. I love that he pokes fun at his own journey. Most comedians get laughs by making fun of others, not themselves. I also love that he's absolutely hilarious without every other word being mother-this and f-ing that.
a nurse just told me today that I should start exercising and once I start I'd get addicted to it... I seriously told her "I'm pretty sure I could quit whenever I wanted" LOL
Oh, Nay, Nay! Tell me it isn't so! A hilarious comedian who, unlike so many in the industry these days, did not simply rely on profanity in order to make us laugh. I can't even see "Cake Boss" on the TV program listing without thinking of him ("I did not know.. you could arbitrarily declare yourself the boss of a food... I am now the boss of ham.") I look forward to hearing his jokes about life-- and the food-- in heaven.
I was a fan of this man since 2004. I first seen him in the finale episode of Seinfeld, and later in the punisher. He was a very entertaining and funny man. It is a tragedy that he died at only 50. Rest in peace the late great Mr. John Pinette.
He died in my hometown of Pittsburgh. So very sad. He was a great comedian. So glad his talent lives on in these great videos. Just love the line "ravolis and a nap" when he is finishing up on the "horrible machine."
He was my all time favorite comedian. I finally bought comedy tickets for my friends and myself to see him at the Borgata as a Christmas present. Well, a few weeks after he died and I never got to see him 😕😕. He will be missed and was an amazing man.
He actually had his fat surgically removed (guess he wasn't losing weight fast enough, I don't know) and his body couldn't handle such radical change so it shut down. Damn shame, he was one of the few clean comedians I enjoyed.
I love this guy, an amazing comedian without being ignorant or crude. Great comedian 10/10 a real pioneer in todays humor, the rest of the comedic world should learn from him.
When I finally got to like John Pinette's comedy he was already gone! If anyone could upload any more "full" standup shows, I'd really love to hear some more full shows.
saw this guy twice. Love him. If you never seen a 40 year old man doubled over in pain and pounding on the table because he is in so much pain from laughing it is a site. Pinnette is the funniest guy around
He is a very nice man, he shook my room mates hand and his brother's hand before the show when we saw him walking through the hallway at Zany's in St. Charles,IL.
I'm German and Norwegian, and I think he's fucking hilarious. His Ewok impression is pretty awesome too. "His head is as big as a manhole cover... we don't talk about it" hahahaha
"I went to the gym today" "Listen First, First Listen" "in feb i hired a trainer, i've had many since then", " some quit, some turned to drugs and alcohol" " 1 trainer quit the buisness and opened up a candy store seriously" " he makes the best maple walnut fudge i've ever tasted" lol lawd that dude lol
I guess the only up he does and excels is stand-up comedy 😂 I’ve never found stand-up comedy that funny, I would smile, but I’ve never belly laughed. However this guy made me belly laugh in every clip I’ve watched. I’ve just discovered him a few days ago and I’m addicted. I lost it at the part where he talked about his trainers getting into drugs and alcohol or opened a candy store 😂😂😂 Very sad that he’s no longer with us. RIP John.
Boogie down is exercise if you do it right. So is bending down to touch your toes. Swimming downstream (though I'm sure swimming upstream burns more calories), and of course getting down to business, if you know what I mean ;). Then there's the downward dog position in yoga and the classic put-the-fork-down dinner table maneuver, there's actually a bunch of ways for non-uppers to get in shape.
I saw Andrew Dice Clay many years ago and I thought he was the funniest comedian I had ever seen. I was wrong John Pinette could have made this world a much better place heading around rest in peace background
"Ups defy gravity. Gravity is a law. I OBEY the law." Genuinely one of the wittiest, well-delivered lines of comedy you will see at any point in human history. Damn he was great.
it's not that funny. this is such lame humour. grade 3 kids would find it funny. if you think this is good comedy i genuinely feel bad for you

Hysterical... “if I do 45 min and live I am gonna have ravioli and a nap”.... I cried

God he had such a warm smile, we really lost a truly great human being. He never had to use shock humour or insult comedy to be hilarious. RIP John Pinette 😔
He definitely used insults directed at himself!

John Pinette was a gifted comedian. He had so much talent. So sad that he passed away.

Such a tragic loss. He was such a great talent. Genuine guy.
His material never gets old.
One of the greatest comedians of our time.
He rarely swears and just relies on good clean humour with a good story.
He's the everyman comedian

RIP John, thanks for the laughter.
Such a natural talent and a real funny man , he made you laugh without vulgarity and that's rare today
I've a few times he got a little raw but not much
Miss him! But watching these, I still laugh…. Never forgotten
My all time favorite comedian and he has been since the late 80s when I first saw him. Rest In Peace. We love you John.
first time i ever saw John Pinette he was on an episode of ALF
Pinette... the best comedian ever

taken way to young- RIP John Pinette, you will be dearly missed..
He and Louis Anderson were great comics. Self-deprecating humor is the best humor. It keeps the humble spirit intact. Pompous humor is the antithesis.
Thank you for the laughs withought the profanity~~prayers to your family~~RIP John
It was obvious, from the big smile on his face, that he really enjoyed entertaining people. And he was a master at it.
The greatest comedian that ever lived
What a ripoff. He did all that work, lost a ton of weight, and *then* his heart goes. Such a great guy. Damn shame. Damn shame.
Brains Ironically fuck up Best comedian ever.

This guy went to my current high school years ago, and I gotta say he's funny. Proud to be a fellow Lancer, John!
I hope all is well for you in your 20's my lad. John Pinette smiles down on you as well for his Alma Mater
